Upstairs, there is a bathroom with a bathtub; downstairs (accessible by an external staircase), there is an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Exclusive access to the upper floor of the garden, surrounded by greenery and overlooking the sea, completes the experience.

The house is located in the heart of the ancient village of medieval Gaeta with an enchanting view of the gulf. The house has a separate entrance and is equipped with three spacious bedrooms, all with direct access to the garden terrace, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a dining area. You can walk to the best restaurants and bars. To reach the house there are about ten steps. The house is in a limited traffic zone in July only on the evening of the weekend and in August every day from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Living Sperlonga is a beautiful house with direct access to the sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sperlonga. We are in Via Salette, where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house on the sea. The house is 90 square meters with a large outdoor space and garden and consists of: a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is external. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas are also provided to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.
