The house is spread over 3 floors, with a furnished south-facing balcony on 2 floors. Due to the relatively steep stairs, the house is not suitable for small children. The free ski bus stop is just a few steps away and the village centre can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. 1 reserved parking space in front of the house - additional vehicles must be parked in the paid parking garage (80m/Fr. 25.-- the week/parking tickets available upon arrival on request). Studio newly built in 2022 (approx. 35 m², ground floor). The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

Situated just outside the pedestrian area beside all amenities, cross country ski track, walking-cycling paths, bus stop, supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars. This is a good size apartment (no beds in common areas) which is suitable for couples, families and all people that are respectful of the privacy and tranquility of all residents. Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. The cabin can be reached on foot or by jeep authorized for transit.

The restaurants and shops are about 5 minutes away by car, about 20 minutes on foot. The large windows brighten the rooms and offer a pleasant atmosphere. The nearby summer & winter sports regions of Schöneben (I), Samnaun (CH), Nauders, Serfaus, Fiss-Ladis are a few minutes' drive by car/ski bus!

The studio is located on the top floor at the old entrance to Scuol, which is now practically car-free and very quiet. The studio scores with its particularly spacious layout of 50m2. Directly from the house entrance, one can stroll comfortably and idyllically along the old and current Stradun without having to overcome any elevation.

Centrally located 3.5-room apartment. Shopping and post office are just across from the apartment. The apartment has two bedrooms as well as a living room. The living room also has two sleeping options. One room has a bunk bed, so only five beds are indicated. The apartment has six sleeping options. The kitchen is spacious.
