You will be staying in a cozy eat-in kitchen and use a modern bathroom (incl. washing machine/dryer). From the terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. In just a few steps you are in the old village center of Scuol Sot and in the wellness and adventure pool 'Bogn Engiadina' or with the ski bus at the valley station of the mountain railways.

In the popular resort of Sent in the Lower Engadine (Switzerland) we rent our very beautiful, large and luxurious 6.5-room vacation apartment in a dreamy, quiet and sunny residential location. The apartment is equipped with a pizza oven and garden seating area as well as a whirlpool and offers a magnificent view of the Lower Engadine mountains. Thanks to four bedrooms, eight sleeping accommodations and three parking spaces, the holiday apartment is ideally suited for larger groups.

New studio in the barn

Studio newly built in 2022 (approx. 35 m², ground floor). The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

Arvenholz-Studio in Sent

Das heimelige Arvenholz-Studio befindet sich im Haus Tredeschin im Erdgeschoss im Bergdorf Sent oberhalb von Scuol. Das Studio ist an der Bushaltestelle Sala gelegen und idealer Ausgangspunkt für Schifahren, Wanderungen und Mountainbike. Die original erhaltene Stube ist für 2 Personen geeignet. Im Studio befindet sich eine Mini-Teeküche mit Kühlschrank. Direkt nebenan befindet sich die Pizzeria Salvatore, so ist auch eine Top-Verpflegung sichergestellt.

Mit Küche mit Durchreiche, Wohn-Essbereich, Badezimmer mit Bad/Dusche und Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett ist sie der perfekte Ort zum Abschalten, Entspannen und Auftanken in den Engadiner Bergen.

Great location! The house is close to adventure pool (Bogn Engadina), shopping, public transport, restaurants. You'll love my place because of the unique mineral water fountain in front of the house, the front courtyard with original Unterengadiner flair. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and large groups for family celebrations.
