Studio newly built in 2022 (approx. 35 m², ground floor). The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

The Chasa Spadla vacation home is located in a uniquely quiet location with a view on the upper edge of the village of Sent in the Engadin, three minutes from the nearest post bus stop. It is a detached house with a large amount of space. A balcony, terrace and the meadow in front of the house invite you to enjoy the view and sun. The house is surrounded by meadows and farms. Das Haus liegt zwischen Dorfplatz und Kirche sehr zentral aber absolut ruhig. Die Wohnung im EG ist für 2 Personen. Eine Zentralheizung ist vorhanden, der Ofen in der Stüva kann zusätzlich mit Holz beheizt werden. In der grossen Wohnküche mit vollständiger Ausstattung können 4 Personen bequem am Tisch Platz nehmen. Von der angrenzenden Veranda gibt es einen schönen Blick nach Süden in die Berge.
