The house is spread over 3 floors, with a furnished south-facing balcony on 2 floors. Due to the relatively steep stairs, the house is not suitable for small children. The free ski bus stop is just a few steps away and the village centre can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. 1 reserved parking space in front of the house - additional vehicles must be parked in the paid parking garage (80m/Fr. 25.-- the week/parking tickets available upon arrival on request). The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Das Haus liegt zwischen Dorfplatz und Kirche sehr zentral aber absolut ruhig. Die Wohnung im EG ist für 2 Personen. Eine Zentralheizung ist vorhanden, der Ofen in der Stüva kann zusätzlich mit Holz beheizt werden. In der grossen Wohnküche mit vollständiger Ausstattung können 4 Personen bequem am Tisch Platz nehmen. Von der angrenzenden Veranda gibt es einen schönen Blick nach Süden in die Berge.
