We are renting our beautiful apartment in a newly renovated building in the UNESCO town of Karlovy Vary. It is composed of an open-space kitchen, a bedroom, and a children room. Located in a residential area of the town, it's a 15-minute walk from a mineral water swimming pool Thermal and the center of the town. A children playground is in front of the building and beautiful forests are a short walk away. There is an absolutely no party policy in the apartment - this is a residential building.

This green house is special for its atmosphere. The interior is a boutique cottage. Most of the furniture is original just newly renovated. Other furniture such as beds, closets, and cabinets were made by ourselves along with our best friends. We have spent a lot of time, energy and effort on the overall renovation. Very nice well-kept apartment. We enjoyed the time very much, quiet location and beautiful view. What was a bit to complain about was that we didn't find the place right away by GPS and the parking space was very tight with a big car.

The apartment is on the third or fourth floor and is only accessible via stairs, which can be a bit tedious for families with small children or older people. Due to the location right in the pedestrian zone, I would recommend the apartment to younger people. The décor is stylish and practical, and the many toys for the children were very well received by them. The hostess was very friendly and helpful, and I received quick and competent answers to my questions, which made my stay very pleasant. A suggestion for improvement would be to install blackout blinds, as the sun shines into the apartment early and woke us up. All around, our short vacation was great and we felt very comfortable!!
