A sensitively reconstructed attic overlooking nature and a hot tub on the terrace (for an additional fee) and a home cinema. We'd love to lend you our place. The entire space, including the terrace, will be available to you. We will help you plan a trip and discover the beauty of the Ore Mountains. We take care of our place with love and care. The apartment has wifi and two televisions. The bathroom has a small wooden sauna for max. 2 people. The toilet is separate. You are in the center in 5 minutes on foot.

V mrazivých dnech se není čeho bát, nová kachlová kamna maringotku krásně vytopí a voda nepoteče z vodovodu, ale bude pro vás i tak nachystána😊 Po dohodě je možné zajištění snídaně do košíku s doručením.

Johann's Heritage Apartment near city & nature

Tento zrekonstruovaný apartmán s historickým nádechem je obklopen přírodou a zároveň je pouhých 5 minut autem nebo autobusem od lázeňské zóny Karlových Varů. Apartmán se nachází v přízemí klidného secesního činžovního domu, kterému postupně navracíme jeho původní kouzlo a účel. Dům byl postaven v roce 1898 s cílem ubytovat turisty, kteří hledají léčivé účinky karlovarských pramenů a lesů. Je ideální volbou pro všechny, kteří hledají apartmá s komforty města, avšak mimo jeho ruch.

The flat is conveniently located just 2 minutes (230 m) from the main bus station and also to the Becherovka Museum (city centre). The 1st-floor, hight ceiling apartment has a simple, artsy atmosphere and it is located in a 140 year -old, neo-classical building. This is not a high end (luxury) type of accomodation! It consists of 2 completely separate rooms (bedroom and living room), kitchen, bathroom, hallway and small balcony. A bohemian flat loved by our artist guests.
