The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. This was important because, even though "villa" might make you think that you rented an entire house for yourself, it actually is an apartment on the upper floor of the house. The owners live on the ground floor and the relatives in the apartment next door. You do get enough privacy, and have an ample terrace area for yourself. But it's important to know this setup to manage expectations. The views are really spectacular. If the weather is nice, staying on the terrace or balcony is all you need for a fantastic experience. If you want to spend time inside, the quality of life is not as luxurious however. The amaneties are quite basic, but everything is clean and tidy. The rooms are good, but there is no real living room or comfortable place to hang out. There are a lot of steps, which we didn't mind. I gave 5 stars because it was worth it and very pretty

La casa è stata in tutto coerente con le foto e la descrizione, in più i proprietari, molto cordiali, disponibili e accoglienti, ci hanno fatto trovare al nostro arrivo una serie di sfizi di benvenuto per la colazione e l'aperitivo. Alloggio tra l'altro molto fresco, spiaggia, supermercati e altri servizi nei dintorni, tutti facilmente raggiungibili a pochi minuti in macchina. Consigliato per chi vuole passare qualche notte in tranquillità nel litorale laziale.

Wir haben die Aussicht von der wunderbaren Terrasse über das Meer sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet gut Platz für sieben Leute und hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Es ist ruhig obschon gleich hinter dem Haus das historische Städtchen beginnt. Ein eigenes Auto ist von Vorteil. Vielen Dank für die gute Betreuung und herzhafte Begrüssung.

Host molto cordiali e disponibili, posto davvero accoglienti e pulito, il giardino in ottime condizioni, e la casa dispone di tutto il necessario Consiglio vivamente questo posto e se ce ne sarà l’occasione sarò contento di tornarci

I had an amazing stay at Stephania’s beach house in Sabaudia. The location was perfect peaceful, beautiful, and just a short walk from the beach. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. Stephania was a wonderful host friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommended!

La casa di Sabina ci è piaciuta tantissimo. Semplice ed essenziale ma ben fornita e accogliente. Non ci è mancato nulla e ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Dall’abitazione partono due sentieri che in pochi passi portano a bellissimi terrazzamenti sul mare e in un paio di minuti ad un piccolo angolo di paradiso. L’accesso al mare è facile anche per i più piccoli e l’acqua è cristallina e piena di vita. Maschera e boccaglio fissi! Tramonto indimenticabile. Grazie Sabina e grazie Cinzia e un saluto a tutte le persone squisite che abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere. A presto!

La villa è splendida e corrisponde alle immagini e alla descrizione. Cucina attrezzatissima e possibilità di usare il barbecue presente nel giardino. Il mare è vicinissimo e accessibile direttamente dalla villa. Carmen è stata disponibile e ha risposto a tutte le domande in tempi rapidissimi. Consigliatissimo!!

La Casa dei Marinai in San Felice di Circeo is truly my favorite place on earth. This magical house is nestled below Mount Circeo in the Circeo National Park, just a few minutes drive from the charming old center of San Felice di Circeo. The architecture by Michele Busiri-Vici is a unique piece of Italian architectural history set amidst the mythical Greek lair of sea sorceress Circe. The house is full of original, inimitable Busiri-Vici details -- you are truly living in Italian art history within this home. Set amidst wild rocks, lush greens, and tantalizing blue water, the house offers your own private swimming area that is unlike any beach you've been to. Jumping off the rocks into the deep blue water of the Tyrrhenian Sea offers a swim like no other. The privacy and quiet is unmatched. We watched the stars every night and fell asleep lulled by the water's symphony. My family spent a month under a magical spell in Circeo and we cannot wait to return, again and again. Lodovica, her family, and local colleagues were magnificent hosts, going above and beyond to accommodate our check-in/check-out and anything else that arose while were guests. They were always a quick message away and very prompt to respond. We felt so welcomed and cared for!
