Caterina's villa is really perfect for a vacation in Tropea and Capo Vaticano. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the beautiful bay of Reaci. The apartment is equipped with everything and has a nice outdoor space where you can sunbathe or eat. Absolutely recommended!

The apartment is very well located in the heart of Tropea’s old town, with the most beautiful sea-view. There are several very good restaurants nearby. It was quite hot and there was only one fan. Would have been nice to have had a second one, especially at night. Other than that, we can highly recommend this spacious and very well equipped apartment. Massimo was more than helpful with everything. He gave us many good recommendations where to eat, grocery shopping, etc.

Wow what can I say Amantea was beautiful. Carolina was a great host always responsive and even came over to help us connect to the Wifi. for some reason it wasn't connecting. We were visiting friends from Lago and they were impressed with the place as well. Easy to get to from Lamezia with easy access parking. Carolina also made us all feel at home. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family visiting this region of Italy.

This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

A cozy, comfortable and functional accommodation, a step away from the beautiful sea of Calabria (both free beach and establishment). Giuseppina is a helpful and friendly host, she responds quickly and gave us great tips for visiting local places. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

Fantastic location, beautiful virtually private beach on the doorstep. A short drive from Tropea and local shops and restaurants. simple clean well equipes no frills accomodation.

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

Beautiful, well-kept and authentic place. Lovely garden and pool with beautiful and clean view. Actually 7 minutes from the beach by car. The owners were very welcoming and flexible , they even let us find groceries at home and gave us veggies from their garden and fresh eggs from the chicken coop! We absolutely recommend the place! Nb: it's important to keep in mind that the other apartment that accommodates 5 people in the same property is just 5 meters from our rooms and the tables to eat in the garden a few meters from each other :so great for two families of friends looking to join for the holidays

The perfect location to be close to Tropea but also have privacy and peace. Luisa was very kind and was always available to answer our questions. The appartment was very clean and had everything we needed, the parking space was also very appreciated. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be in a peaceful space while also being close to the beaches.

This place is a gem!!! Includes an adorable home with multiple outdoor dining areas, pool (shared between a couple of villas), and a stunning private beach (down 400 steps but well worth it!). Our mixed age group (2 year old, 92 year old and 3 adults) absolutely loved it! Was a beautiful escape and felt like we were getting a taste of the region. We loved spending time at the pool and cooking in the kitchen. For those who may have trouble with stairs - one bedroom is ground floor, two are upstairs. It is only a few minutes drive from some great restaurants, and 20 minute drive to Tropea. Definitely recommend having a car if you stay here.

Amazing host, super helpful and quick responses. We came during low season, so there was not much to do, but Lothar helped us with our stay!

Highly recommended for people who expect privacy. It’s a modest but Clean and comfortable apartment. All things in descrption were found inside although it takes a bit time to guess for example how to turn on THE washing machine ,THE oven or warm Water. Instructions from Valentina are however clean. You can chill outside with beautiful view of perfectly maintained garden and sea view . THE biggest plus is also Access to beautiful pool, water is clean and its pretty big, circa 18 metres of length. Valentina is very caring person and despite not being present in Calabria , she gives all details about check in, house rules , places to visit, where to eat or buy local cheese. That was very helpful for us and I’m sure without her tips we would be unaware of many things around.

Our host Emanuele gave us a lovely, friendly welcome. In fact his other family members (who live in the adjacent property) were also very welcoming. The house was very comfortable with lovely sea views and a cooling breeze. The air conditioning in the bedrooms also worked really well. (It was very hot when we visited in early August). Any minor points we drew to Emanuele's attention were quickly dealt with. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. He was able to give us great recommendations for beaches and nice restaurants to visit. We especially enjoyed the lovely terrace with pool. Great to have three bathrooms plus an outdoor shower by the pool. We were made to feel very at home and at ease. Many thanks to the lovely Stranges family for their warm welcome on our first visit to Calabria. (Definitely not our last!). We will especially miss their wee dog Lucky... ;-)

Andrea and his family are very helpful and communication was very good! The furnishings are simple but functional and quite in line with the description and pictures. In fact, the location and the views are exceptional!!! Actually, you hardly have to leave the accommodation, because the sea is literally at your feet. For us, a very relaxing and beautiful getaway. Therefore 5 stars 🌟

Claudia is a wonderful host. She met us to check in and showed us around. Her home is beautifully decorated and has everything we needed. She checked in on us halfway through to see if we needed anything. Her home is in a great location to walk to amenities in the small town of San Lucido. She was accommodating and very responsive.

Dolores' apartment makes for an excellent base for exploring Tropea - it's a short walk from the centre, but very quiet. The apartment has everything you could need and Dolores was also very helpful and friendly. Would definitely look to stay again next time we are in Tropea!

Beautiful new home very close to the beach and restaurants. Lots of amenities, numerous clean washrooms and bedrooms and fully functional kitchen. Washing machine was a bonus! Very safe and private, and our host provided many recommendations and help when asked. Nice and close to Tropea and easy driving! Definitely recommend a stay here!

We spent a whole month in this beautiful house and loved every minute of it – and so did our dog! 🐾 The property is part of a gated community that felt very safe and peaceful. It was friendly, yet offered complete privacy, which made it perfect for relaxing. The sea views were breathtaking – we watched both sunrises and sunsets right from the garden, and they were pure magic. 🌅✨ The house is beautifully furnished and the garden is a true gem, full of blooming flowers and the unforgettable scent of jasmine. It's the kind of place that stays with you. Zambrone is perfectly located: close to Tropea (but without the crowds), and we totally recommend breakfast at the little café at the train station, lunch at the local fish restaurant, and everything at the amazing spot on the main square that’s part café, part bar, part restaurant – and 100% charm. Perfect stay: the accommodation more than meets the description, comfortable, equipped with all comforts, located inside a quiet and well-kept residence, a few steps (but very few) from the beach and the center of the village. A special thank you to Mr. Giuseppe because he is a really friendly and caring person towards guests, always available. And if we consider the beautiful sea of this area, I would say that you could not hope for a better vacation.
