House vacation rentals in Selce

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

Very nice villa with large rooms and great amenities. We enjoyed the huge terrace and the heated swimming pool. It is also well located for excursions to Risnjak National Park.

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

We vacationed with our friends in Villa Propuh over New Year's Eve and it was just fantastic! The villa corresponds exactly to the pictures – beautiful, clean and with an incredible view. The hot tub and sauna were the absolute highlight, perfect to relax after a long day. The landlady is super friendly and accommodating, you immediately feel welcome. All in all, a perfect place for an unforgettable vacation. We will definitely be coming back!

Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, elevated pool with gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with a lot of love for detail. You can tell that it is not just an Airbnb house, but a lot of the owners' passion flows into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and very kindly, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can highly recommend this property! Our stay at "Peace of Mind - 2" was lovely. The location of the property is exceptional and offers not only a fantastic view of a wonderful landscape, but much more. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and has all amenities. In addition, you can stay on the terrace by the pool and use the attached kitchen and lounge there. The pool itself offers the opportunity to swim athletically and the view of Kvarner Bay is unbeatable. Host Rajna is always helpful and gives great tips for exploring the area. An absolute feel-good place where you are very warmly welcomed and feel right at home! A. & T.

Tatjana and Rene were exceptional hosts! They welcomed me and my friends in a sociable, helpful and very friendly way. Rene was very well organized, among all the amenities, the necessary numbers and the freedom he gave us, we felt welcomed and respected! It was a really nice vacation and we hope to be able to return in the future!

The house was amazing, in beautiful surroundings and lovely views. The kids loved the hot tub and swimming pool, the bbq was also great. The hosts, Sandro and Mirjam, were simply incredible and I am so thankful to them. They went well above and beyond what I would ever expect from a host, helping me so so much when someone reversed into my hire car. They are super nice people who are passionate about people enjoying their time in Croatia. Would 100% recommend staying in their accommodation

Great location, walking distance to the port and beach. Very attentive towards us and responded immediately. Beautiful view from the patio and watched the sunset every night. Thank you for a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exceptionally clean and very nicely decorated – you felt comfortable from the first moment. We would like to highlight the hosts who were incredibly kind and helpful. You can tell that they really care about the well-being of their guests. Everything was perfect – we would come back anytime and can only highly recommend the accommodation!

The place is very nicely decorated, clean, sophisticated, and spacious. The view is beautiful, Cvetomir is extremely nice and 3 minutes walk from the beach. I will definitely be back! :)

The apartment (ground floor) in the house right next to the landlords is small but nice. Everything necessary there, great air conditioning, great terrace with sea view at breakfast. Important, enter house number 46 and not 34d for Google Maps, something has changed due to new buildings. We were there with 2 adults and our 12 year old daughter, which worked out great. The landlords are super nice and helpful and respond quickly. We highly recommend the apartment, Crikvenica as a vacation destination and especially the landlords. It was great and we plan to come back.

Biserka and her family's house was perfect! Biserka and her family are very friendly and always there if you need something or have a question. The house is in a quiet location and has a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning. The house is really tasteful and beautifully furnished down to the last detail. The cleanliness is perfect! The bedrooms are on the 1st floor. Air conditioning available. TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The best thing was the kitchen, which is fully equipped and you can prepare your meals like you would at home. You rarely find something like this. The house is a dream and everything is really perfect! You can't have it better. I can only recommend the location to everyone! We'd love to come back. We say thank you to Biserka, Vjeko and Alen for their hospitality. The house is also ideal for families with 2 to 3 children. And animals are allowed too. You can only give full stars as a rating here.

Host replies to messages super quick. This allowed us to book the apartment at short notice. The contact was very nice and there was always a quick response and helped with questions. The apartment is new and very chic. The kitchen is very well-equipped and there are plenty of dishes etc. The apartment is in a quiet location and you had your peace. We felt very comfortable there and would love to come back again at any time.

This villa is a great place to stay in Selce. Very close to the center and the harbour, but very peaceful, not directly next to noisy places. The house has two separate apartments with a separate bathroom, two terraces and a seating area next to the pool as well. There is a working dishwasher, washer, AC in both apartments, clothes rack for drying clothes. Everything was clean and nice, there were enough towels and the kitchen had enough utensils and pots and everything. The pool table was a great bonus! The pool was clean and quite deep. The house has a lot of stairs. We were there with two children, aged 2 and 5, and they could manage the stairs fine. However, it might be dangerous for younger children. When it rains, the stairs can get a bit slippery, so you need to be careful. We had a great time in Suncica's place and she was very welcoming and helpful. Thank you!

The accommodation was perfect, quiet environment, the rooms are suitable, with comfortable beds. The kitchen is almost fully equipped with everything. The bathroom had shampoo, shower gel, and other piping items. It was a great stay for us, it's in a good place. Close to the beach and a very good little restaurant. The hosts were endlessly kind and helpful.

We had Villa Jelena at the end of May 2025 and did not regret the booking. In short: Sabina is a dream of hostess, a very nice person and we quickly took her to heart because she was always approachable and helpful - without being intrusive. The place itself was picobello clean, nothing was missing and we immediately felt comfortable and "at home". The garden property with many olive trees, the diverse seating/resting areas and the wonderful pool ensures the perfect holiday feeling. Thank you Sabina, we will be back.

Thank you, Mira and Dzenis, for letting us stay at Villa Mirabilis. It exceeded our expectations in every way possible! The rooms are decorated with beautiful antique furniture and there was plenty of space for our family of 5. The garden is an extension of the house with an incredible, well-stocked outdoor kitchen and dining area with views of the sea. It was evident that Mira is a master gardener because her garden was one of the most beautiful we had ever seen with blooming plants and butterflies everywhere we turned. The pool was the cherry on top with panoramic views of the valley and sea. The location was perfect…quiet and private yet lots of restaurants and shops only 10 minutes away. Pictures cannot capture the beauty of Villa Mirabilis. This is easily one of our favorite AirBnBs we have ever stayed in and our kids are already asking to go back. Absolutely fantastic place to stay in. Great private location with driveable distance to beautiful local beaches. We used this place to explore the coastal beaches from BASKA in KRK (about 1hr 20min) to MAKARSKA (around 4hrs). MARIN is a Great Person. He is very responsive and always friendly. We were allowed for 1. May with 3m baby. We had no problem adjusting and it was as comfortable as home. The apartment exceeded our expectations, we were met by the clean and tidy. I was extremely fond of the fact that there was a washing machine, a large fridge and a grill on the terrace and a privates Jacuzzi. You need a car to access the location, because of the "hill" , and we also walked one evening into the city for a walk, and if a little sporty nature is not a problem to get up there. We thank the host, it was lovely. ☺️
