Vacation rentals with beach access in Selce

the apartment was perfect for a stay for four. the decor is new, modern and clean. The pool is a big plus and the view was great. We will be happy to come back.

My husband and I just spent 18 days in this great place. Everything was wonderfully clean, the view from the terrace to the sea just great. Petra's parents also live in the house and are totally lovely people. They were very attentive. We got new linens and towels after a week. We were able to lock the terrace because we had two dogs with us. We felt very comfortable and at home. Thanks again at this point. We highly recommend it.

The hostess is very keen to preserve the privacy of each individual resident. She speaks almost fluent German, but is a native and knows every "hotspot". She responds quickly even to concerns outside the accommodation. We felt at home, so much at home that the farewell was emotional. It was wonderful and worth every penny for the comfort offered to us there. The pool was crystal clear and the accommodation was well maintained and the bathroom looked almost unused. I give this vacation and the accommodation villa mia in sveti juraj 5 out of 5 stars. I keep this vacation especially in my heart and say goodbye with a tear in my eye!

Mirjana's appartment was perfect for 4 adults, clean, modern, fully equipped, with an amazing view. The beach is in front of the gate, there is a private parking place and quite big heated pool at the backyard. All in all our experience was very positive and pleasant! The host is very kind and gave us many useful recommendations. The only thing you should be aware of is that there are 2 bars right in front of the appartment. We were at the end of the season so they had the last karaoke night and then closed for winter, but it was really loud till 3am. Can only imagine how loud it could be during summer!

The host couple was very accommodating and welcomed us personally. Since we arrived with a large car and trailer and the accommodation only has 2 parking spaces available for the apartments, there was a quick and uncomplicated solution for a small surcharge. The cleanliness of the premises and the inventory stood out! We arrived with 2 children (2 and 5) and only made the walk to the beach and into town once. The apartment is very quietly located on a hillside on a mountain, which is rewarded with a great view and tired legs and the kids' mood ;) We will be happy to come back! We loved our stay at Ljuba's place! She treated us like friends from the very start and helped us with anything we needed. The house feels like stepping back in time and the town looks like a fairytale. It's beautiful and so peaceful. We will be back for sure! <3

Fantastic place. Everything is as described and photographed in the listing. A great place to relax, quiet, quiet, privacy. I would definitely recommend. I would like to go back there even though I am not a fan of rest in the same places again.

We had a vacation holiday with our family of 4 and the house is super comfortable. Everything is super clean and everything works. All the beds are comfortable. Maja her mother in law is always available to help or answer questions if you have but most of all she is very very friendly person. There are lot’s of things to do in the environment like we went to the island Krk which is nearby and beautiful to do some outdoor tours. We went to the Plitvica lakes which is 2 ours by car but totally worth it. Also kayaking is very nice to do up in the mountains by Mreznica river.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find beer and drinks in the fridge, which was such a thoughtful touch. The host was fantastic, always responding within minutes. On one day, we had a minor technical issue, but it was resolved immediately, even though it was a Sunday! The location was peaceful and quiet, making it ideal for a relaxing holiday. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

The location of the apartment, right by the sea is great, a large fenced property, great for families with dogs. The furnishings of the living rooms and bedrooms and the bathrooms are modern, the kitchens are a bit outdated, but everything you need is there (Vladimir wants to expand even further). Vladimir was super friendly, we can only recommend the place.

Spacious, well-equipped, and impeccably clean apartment with a breathtaking view. The peaceful atmosphere and cozy furnishings made us feel at home. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was convenient yet quiet—perfect for unwinding. Andrea was an outstanding host—extremely friendly, responsive, and always happy to help. Her attention to detail was evident, from clear check-in instructions to thoughtful touches throughout the apartment. For light sleepers: On mornings, we could hear people talking below as they prepared to leave for work? Additionally, a faint humming sound—likely from the hot water pump—was also noticeable throughout day and night. It didn’t bother my partner, but as a sensitive sleeper, I used earplugs. Further isolating any appliances causing this would be a nice improvement. Overall, a fantastic stay—highly recommended. Thank you, Andrea!

All in all, a quiet place if you really want to unwind. We had the small beach to ourselves. Otherwise, the garden is very beautifully landscaped, there you can enjoy the sound of the sea for many hours.

Review #1 of 2: After booking Davorka's place once, I immediately booked again! It's hard to imagine a more generous and kindly AirBnB host, who was willing to help at every turn. As I'll describe in a subsequent review, the location in Rijeka's scenic Pećine neighborhood is stellar given the proximity to urban beaches and other amenities. And Davorka and Miki were hosts who took their craft to another level—whether by helping with laundry, late night cab rides, or even a timely conversation about planning further travel. Given her experience in the University of Rijeka's tourism faculty, Davorka and I had numerous conversations about what constitutes substantive hosting and teaching and their parallels (I'm employed in the latter industry). In short, it was a great pleasure to stay chez Miki and Davorka, and I'll be sure to recommend them again!

We spent 14 pleasant days in September at Mate's large, modern apartment. Everything very clean and very well decorated. The view from the balcony very nice. It was very relaxed. Mate took care of everything and was always available. Perfect location. Nice and quiet, only 5 min walk to 2 different beaches. Also only 20 minutes to walk to the old TOWN OF RAB.

Fabian and his mom are very kind and helpful. The accommodation was the cleanest apartment of our lives! The beach and restaurants are easily accessible on foot. Highly recommend, we would love to stay here next time!

An amazing place to stay with a stunning view!

Terezija and Ivice are two wonderful hosts! From the first minute we felt comfortable here - and the delicious welcome cake wasn't even necessary for that... but we gratefully accepted it ;-) We will definitely be back!!!

lovely spacious apartment, ideal for families. 15 min walk to the beach, and steep uphill walk back but was nice. amazing views of the sea and krk island from the balcony. has everything you need, including a hairdryer. recommend bringing a fire stick if needed. pool area was kept clean and tidy and host was really friendly and accommodating. the local beach was mainly stoney but we preferred it as the water was clearer and fish swim around you. the local town is lively in the evening, live bands, restaurants, bars and clubs at the harbour, but far enough you can't hear it from the apartment. overall we highly recommend the apartment.
