We had a great stay at Lisa's place. Our family spent a lot of time on the water exploring the lake in the available canoe and kayaks and really enjoyed the sauna and hot tub in the evenings. The outdoor space is setup perfectly for living outside on those sunny days and inside the cabin is cozy and has all the amenities you need if the weather isn't great.

The perfect getaway for a couple or small group of friends! Everything was very well updated and the hot tub and sauna was very relaxing. They provided a timely response when needed and were very easy to book with. Highly recommend!

A Perfect Getaway at a Beautiful Water View Cottage! Our group of girlfriends recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely Airbnb cottage in Norland, and I can't recommend it enough! The location was great, with great views of the water that made every moment feel special. The cottage itself was very nice, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the hosts were attentive. We were disappointed that we couldn't fully enjoy the wonderful deck due to the weather. However, the hot tub was a fantastic highlight of our stay, and we made the most of it! Overall, our stay was great, and look forward to returning. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with beautiful scenery, this is the place to be!

We had a really nice time at Chelsea and Dylan’s place. The cottage is clean and well-stocked with everything you might need, with the added bonus of water toys and other activities. We spent most of our time outside, at the dock, around the fire pit, canoeing, or relaxing on the back deck. We also enjoyed fishing off the dock and taking in the scenery. One morning, a deer wandered through, which was a welcomed surprise! It’s also a short drive to Port Carling where you can check out the boutique shops and restaurants. We’d be happy to return!

My husband and I needed a little retreat and we were thrilled to find this cozy little hide-away! Sandra goes above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed and right at home! I loved all the little personal touches, like fresh flowers, cozy outdoor blankets, and sweet treats as soon as you walk in! We enjoyed the hot tub every evening as well as the outdoor fire pit. Everything was absolutely perfect! Thank you Sandra for being such an excellent hostess :)

We could spend a family vacation with 6 adults and 3 little children. It has been an ideal place for this. A nice and spacious house and beautiful surroundings! Excellent and very friendly contact to the hosts. Nearby hiking trail and only a short drive to Parry Sound. Over all an excellent stay!

The house is exactly as pictured, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen had all the appliances one could hope for. All of the beds were very comfortable with clean bedding. The house boasts a perfect view of the lake and is peacefully tucked into the forest. Our family stayed to visit Sandhills Nursery nearby for Easter activities for the kids. The house is also driving distance to a lot of great hiking trails and outdoor activities. We will definitely be back!

We loved our mini getaway! We had everything we needed and more! Sleeping was a dream. Comfy bed (and cozy couch!) Chilled by the fire…. Wandered the road…. Peaceful vibes. Kyle and his wife have thought of everything….from the record player to playing some cards by the fire! Thank you for hosting us. The cottage was exactly what I have expected it to be. The host was great. Would recommend it to others.

We stayed for two nights with my husband and our dog, and we loved it! The place was cozy yet modern, with all the essentials—heating, cooling, and wifi. The bathroom was a definite highlight for us. Everything was just as described, and the little jar of honey was such a sweet touch. We also appreciated the bug helmets and Thermacell—super handy! The location was great, and having easy access to the Oxtongue River and dock was super convenient. Kayaks and canoes were also included in the booking. The views were beautiful, and the outdoor space was both peaceful and functional. Check-in was smooth, and the host had great communication and was very responsive. The cabin’s modern design really stood out. Thanks so much for having us—we’re already looking forward to coming back!

It was 5 stars for us . Not likely 5 stars for others . But differnt strokes for differnt folks . We had a great time and its a beautiful spot . We will definitely return

My friends and I found this cottage when looking for a place to stay for an ATV getaway, cottage was very close to the trails! Host was amazing to deal with and the whole process was easy! Felt very comfortable and will be looking at returning!

We booked the airbnb very last minute and Lixin reached out to us promptly and gave us clear instructions. The cottage is stunning , it actually looks better than the pictures. overall, we had a wonderful weekend over there.

We loved celebrating our anniversary at Cara’s place! It was exactly as described and extremely cozy. The fire table and outdoor lounge area was well utilized, and it is a great spot to watch shows and movies on the projector! The area surrounding the property and the town of Port Sydney itself is absolutely breathtaking. Listening to the sound of the falls was calming and peaceful while enjoying a glass of wine on the bunkie patio. Overall an extremely pleasant experience! Thank you for making our time so special (and a thank you for the bottle of wine, a wonderful surprise 😎).

We had a wonderful stay at this property over the weekend! The place offered a beautiful view of the lake, which made the mornings and evenings especially peaceful. It came with plenty of amenities, games , including access to both a kayak and a canoe, with life jackets thoughtfully provided. Our host, Brendon, was incredibly helpful and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I’m definitely planning to visit this property again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway close to nature.

Good value. We were looking for something humble and didn't want to break the bank. This is a very nice spot with that special something. We were snowed in our entire stay but the space was well set up for that, with TV's in each room with internet and apps. Really kind host. I would recommend this place and we would book again.

I loved the location, lots of trails that you can visit around by car as well as local stores, marina, playground, lakes, etc. It was a quiet place next to no one on the lake. Everything we needed was provided, such as kitchen supplies, blankets, towels, etc. Amazing view from inside the cottage and on the front deck! The water is clear and sandy and shallow for little ones if you bring a infant/toddler like we did. Amazing stay overall

The Happy Place was a beautiful, quaint cabin with all the essentials for a peaceful nature getaway. Katie and Dave were thoughtful and proactive in providing check-in information and recommendations for things to do in the area. The cabin had tons of charming details, was extremely well kept and offered a lot of privacy. Weather and prior engagements kept us from enjoying the outdoor amenities (sauna, fire pit, kayaks) but we did enjoy throwing on a movie from their great collection. We would certainly come again to this picturesque cabin.

My husband and I spent a few nights here and it was fantastic. Brad and Erin were friendly and very responsive! The cottage was everything we were looking for. Quant, private, hot tub, on the lake, pet friendly. What more could you ask for? Highly, highly recommend!

The Doma Lodge is a great little cabin perfect for a weekend getaway. The cabin is beautifully decorated, cozy, and very clean. Everything is well thought out, organized, and comfortable. The outside space is quite private from neighbours and is surrounded by forest. Stephen was an excellent host and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Caroline was a great host to us. She put our trust in us with our first booking on AirBnB, answered all our questions promptly and accurately, provided clear and reasonable instructions and was friendly and helpful in all communications. The cottage itself is in a nice location on a scenic lake with outdoor amenities and chairs. It was great value, and everything that was provided allowed for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. While there are others enjoying the lake at nearby cottages, it still felt fairly private by the cottage as well. I would without a doubt consider staying here again if we're back in the area. Beautiful place so peaceful. Hosts were there if needed but we managed with no issues. Only thing was low water so no fishing so would love to go back in the summer! Ty so much for allowing us to stay!

Our Misty River Cabin stay was absolutely dreamy. We stayed for a weekend with our dog and left feeling relaxed and refreshed after a beautiful time in nature. The cabin is extremely cozy and has all the cottage feel while still being very luxurious. Every aspect of the cabin from the comfy beds to fully equipped kitchen (and so much more) made it feel very bespoke and special. It rained almost the entire time, but we still enjoyed every moment as we could snuggle in the Muskoka room (with outdoor fire) and watch rain fall on the river as the birds sang, or enjoy movies on the cozy couch next to the fire. Our dog got to enjoy plenty of play on the little beach and shallow water too. It was wonderful to have a vacation the entire family could enjoy. We hope to come back soon!
