Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The cozy apartment "Hofer Silena" welcomes you in the Italian municipality of Villabassa/Niederdorf in the beautiful Pustertal Valley in South Tyrol. The 70m² vacation apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. From the balcony of the apartment you can enjoy the view of the idyllic mountain landscape.

Our house is located in Antholz Obertal away from the village in a quiet and sunny location. We are surrounded by meadows and forests that invite you to relax. In summer, our house is an ideal starting point for our cultivated alpine pastures and our beautiful mountains. In winter, you can use the perfectly groomed slopes in our biathlon center and on the beautiful Kronplatz ski resort. In addition, there are also two toboggan runs to managed huts in the Antholzertal.

The apartment is located in the attic of a quiet residential building in the immediate vicinity of the city. There is NO elevator in the house. The parish church and the pedestrian zone of Bruneck can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes. The valley station of the Kronplatz is a five-minute drive away. A bus stop is very close. The accommodation is suitable for sporty couples, families with children as well as for business travelers and solo travelers.
