This unique guest apartment with tiny-house character was an active art studio before it became a fully-equipped, self-sustained apartment. It sleeps 2 (+ 2) in a single split-level room. One bed is reached via ladder, the second a sofa bed. The apartment is still active gallery, with 3 terrace doors leading to a terrace with space to eat and relax. The next bus stop is 5 minutes walk away, the airport 10 minutes by car, there are 2 forests in walking distance and a shopping center too.

The vacation home is located in the HH-Horn district near the Horner gallop racecourse in a large garden; 1 bedroom and 1 living/bedroom with kitchen pantry, 1 shower/toilet. Right next to the property, the 261 bus runs to the U-Bahn [subway] and then approx. 15 minutes to the harbor or the Alster. A small shopping center with a Netto and Meydan market is a 3-minute walk away. An Ari bakery, 6 minutes away, is also open on Sundays. Aldi and Lidl are within walking distance in 8 minutes.

Die Wohnküche ist ausgestattet mit einem XL Kühl- Gefrierkschrank, einer Waschmaschine, einer Koch/ Backkombination sowie allem, was man zum Kochen und Backen benötigt. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Im schönen großen Garten gibt es einen eigenen Sitzbereich.

Unser gemütliches 12qm Gästehaus ist mit zwei Schlafsofas (140x200), Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Die Hütte ist wärmegedämmt, hat aber KEINE HEIZUNG und KEINE KÜCHE. Es dürfen auch keine Heizgeräte aller Art oder Kochplatten betrieben werden. 15m entfernt ist das Badezimmer im Nebengebäude. Gartentisch und Stühle, Gartenliegen und Grill sind vorhanden.

The detached guest house is quietly located in a cul-de-sac - ideal for couples with pets or smaller families with children and dogs. With a modern kitchen, spacious living area, balcony and parking right outside the front door, it is the perfect retreat. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two freshly made beds in the same room - so the accommodation is not designed for groups or four adults. A third bed can be provided if needed.

Vacation home for up to 4 people. The 55 m² apartment is located in an annex with private access. The apartment has its own terrace. The large child-friendly garden can also be used. A car parking space and a safe storage space for bicycles are also included. The separate bedroom can accommodate a double bed. Optionally, we can provide you with a crib here. The sofa bed, for the other 2 people, is located in the living room.
