Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Our apartment is conveniently located in southern Upper Bavaria in the district of Miesbach on an organic farm. The region has a lot to offer: mountains and numerous lakes, wonderful nature, but also architecturally interesting cities and buildings. All this is waiting for your outdoor adventures, discoveries and sightseeing. Free Wi-Fi is available, as is parking. A special highlight of the apartment is the sauna and hot tub in the garden. Our Shetland ponies also appreciate a visit.

Our cozy, individually furnished accommodation is a separate living unit on the upper floor with a private bathroom - shower/toilet, a single kitchen and small silent refrigerator, which is only used by our guests. Opposite the small kitchen is the third sleeping option in a niche. A covered seating area is available to you on the east side. The small, non-haired Biewer Yorkshire Pino, from the neighboring house likes to visit us every day.

Villa Reitzenstein - right at the train station

In 1900 the main house of the villa was built by Countess Reitzenstein. In 1999 the house was completely renovated and since May 1999 we live in Villa Reitzenstein. We offer a 5 room apartment with 2 bathrooms and kitchen, consisting of a living room with dining area, TV and sofa bed, 1 kitchen, 3 single rooms with 2 single beds each and a large room with 3 single beds. Dogs are not allowed. Our dogs run around freely on the premises.

The nearby Bavarian Alps and numerous lakes in the area offer a variety of attractive leisure activities for everyone all year round!

We live simply but beautifully and enjoy the feeling of living in a very special place every day. However, a car/bicycle is an advantage here, as we are not connected to the public transport network.
