Wildly romantic Cottage in the Mangfall-Valley

We have lived in the "Lenzi" since 2018 and rent one half to holiday guests. It is secluded in the middle of the forest between Munich, Rosenheim and Tegernsee. Our lovingly restored stable house is designed for a maximum of 4 guests. Private entrance, fireplace room with comfortable leather armchairs and sofas, kitchen-living room and toilet on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, balcony on the corridor, library, bathroom. Outdoor spaces available. Pets allowed for a fee.

The entire apartment has wooden attic ceilings. Please be aware that there are honeybees on the property, in case of allergies! One 32 sqm combined living/bedroom, with 2 built in single beds, sofa and a small balcony. One 25 sqm bedroom with two built in single beds and one single bed. The Kitchen has a dining table and the usual amenities(Dishwasher, Toaster, Coffee maker, water heater, ...). Essentials closebuy: Bakery: 100m Butcher: 150m Supermarket: 500m NO PARTIES ALLOWED!

Family/Dog Paradise & Fireplace

Located in beautiful Weyarn in the middle of the Mangfall Valley. There are bakeries, a pizzeria, supermarket, climbing hall and great hiking opportunities on site. The Way of St. James even leads past the house. The Mangfall is only a 15-minute walk away, a refreshing river that invites you to swim. The Alps are easily accessible by car. The popular bathing lakes Tegernsee, Schliersee and Spitzingsee are also close by. Munich and Rosenheim can be reached in 30 minutes by car.

Maja's hut - fairytale time out in the forest

Majas Hütte is a former hunting lodge in the middle of the forest, which has been transformed into a cozy nest. The small wood-burning stove in the rustic room with kitchenette generates cozy warmth, while a second stove in the bedroom ensures a feel-good atmosphere. From here you have access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the first rays of sun or the moonlight and starry sky. And if you are patient, you may be rewarded at dusk with a visit from deer, foxes or rabbits!

My apartment is in the beautiful Mangfalltal in the heart of Feldkirchen-Westerham (district of Feldkirchen). It is the ideal starting point for excursions to Munich and the southern Munich area or as a stopover on the way to the south or north. Westerhamer station (4 min. by car or 20-25 min. on foot) and Aying S-Bahn station (12 min. by car) offer train connections to both Munich and Rosenheim. The IHK Academy Westerham is 5 minutes away by car.

There are several parking spaces on the property. In summer, it is possible to barbecue on the terrace.
