Small but nice, superbly renovated apartment in the heart of Seefeld for rent. The apartment consists of a 25 square meter living-bedroom. In the kitchen there is everything to prepare small delicacies (2-burner electric stove, microwave with baking function, toaster, coffee capsule machine (coffee capsules free) and French Press coffee maker, kettle). The bathroom has a barrier-free shower and toilet. From the balcony you have a very nice view of the Wetterstein Mountains.

The apartment was better than we had expected. It is very well equipped with lots of storage and hanging space. One of the best equipped kitchens I have come across in an Airbnb! A very spacious airy living room flooded with light and far reaching views across Seefeld to SeefelderJoch and the ski slopes across the vallley. Seefeld is a beautiful location with so much to do for anybody who is active. Villa Caroline is just a few minutes walk from the centre of town so it is easy to get to. Great restaurants, bars, retail too - all within a short walk. We will return in the summer to see it in full bloom - a big contrast to the snowscapes we have been used to this last week.

We had a great time in Seefeld! Great hikes, a nice town and everything you need right outside the front door! We felt very comfortable in the apartment and Tobias communicated super and responded quickly. :)

A spacious sauna is furnished with warm wooden benches and neatly arranged towels. Soft lighting enhances the calming atmosphere, while glass walls provide an open yet private setting. The design invites relaxation, offering a serene space to unwind.

Tanja was a wonderful host, and brought us a lovely homemade chocolate and hazelnut cake while we were there, she was a delightful lady. The sauna was exceptional, the apartment was squeaky clean, and the wee valentines rose was special. The welcome pack was fabulous, and looking forward to drinking the parting gift of schnapps and homemade elderflower cordial. The location is very central and easily walkable to the town centre. A wonderful place to stay.

The bathroom features a stylish tub with a glass shower panel and modern fixtures. Soft lighting highlights the natural stone tiles and wooden accents. A mirror is mounted above the sink, and shelves with decorative greenery add a touch of warmth to the space.
