The bright 90 sqm apartment in the south of Hamburg has a large living room with open kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms with one 160 x 200 cm bed each, bathroom (incl. hair dryer), guest toilet and a south/west terrace. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, dryer, espresso and coffee maker, toaster, kettle. In the living room, there is a 42" TV and a small HiFi system. Hamburg and Lüneburg can be easily reached by car (approx. 25 minutes) or by public transport.

The municipality of Stelle is located southeast of Hamburg with shopping facilities. In 30 minutes you can reach Hamburg and Lüneburg. The house on the Schafwedel is quietly located, about 3 km from the town center. It was renovated in 2024 and has a spacious living room, a new kitchen with a fridge-freezer combination as well as 4 bedrooms with 1.20 m wide beds and 1 bedroom with a 1.60 m wide bed. A large south-facing terrace with a barbecue and a garden invite you to relax.

The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farmhouse is very quiet. You can take a walk right by the lake or get some fresh air in the woods. There is also a playground for the children. Our location is ideally situated. On the upper floor of the house is the approx. 100 sqm apartment, which is perfect for relaxing in the countryside or exploring Hamburg and the Lüneburg Heath from here. Both excursion destinations can be reached in only 20 minutes by car. Alternatively, there is a bus stop within walking distance with connections to Hamburg.

In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.
