Molto difficile sintetizzare quanto è stato bello essere ospiti di Alberto che fin dai primi contatti è sempre stato squisitamente gentile, ci ha attese all' arrivo con premurosa attenzione mostrandoci la sua stupenda casa che è decisamente più bella che nelle foto e le necessarie informazioni. La casa a qualsiasi ora è piena di luce e di spazi squisitamente arredati che il mare a volte lo dimentichi ... No n conoscevo Marciana Marina, ma grazie a questa splendida settimana sono certa che tornerò molto presto . Grazie Alberto 🌹

Appartamento super confortevole, riscaldamento regolabile a piacimento (siamo stati nel periodo di Capodanno, in coppia), pulitissimo, dotato di ogni confort e di ottimi libri a disposizione. Bagno spazioso e lindo. Cucina impeccabile e con stoviglie, pentole ed elettrodomestici a volontà. Divano letto sorprendente: non ha nulla da invidiare a un letto ordinario, materasso e cuscini perfetti. Giorgia gentilissima, molto solerte e sempre pronta a venire incontro alle nostre richieste. Posizionato nel paese, a pochi passi dal forno, dal bar e dall’attacco di tutti i sentieri sui quali divertirsi alla scoperta dell’incantevole Capraia. Consigliatissimo (e ci torneremo sicuramente)!!

Esperienza super! Manuela ci ha accolti molto calorosamente ed è stata sempre disponibilissima. Struttura splendida. Appartamento nuovissimo e pulitissimo, molto ordinato e fornito di tutto il necessario. Terrazza esterna meravigliosa. Consigliatissimo!

Spędziliśmy cudowne wakacje we wspaniałym miejscu. Apartament był zgodny z opisem a z tarasu mielismy widok na przepiękny basen przy którym mogliśmy wypoczywać. Stefano i Cristian przez cały nasz pobyt byli gotowi nam pomóc gdybyśmy tylko czegoś potrzebowali. Stefano to najlepszy gospodarz i polecam wszystkim pobyt u niego.

Wunderschöne Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Kurzer Weg zum Strand. Zu Fuss erreicht man in 15 Minuten den Dorfkern von Procchio. Die Kommunikation mit Silvia hat bestens geklappt.

Lovely agriturismo in the countryside. Friendly and flexible host and staff. The room was very new, clean and well equipped.

Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende till barnfamiljer! Våra barn älskade polen, och vi njöt av den vackra omgivningen. Ett lugnt och fint ställe som vi gärna vill besöka igen. Frukostbuffén var otroligt lyxig och fräsch, med massor med olika alternativ. Fina lägenheter med sköna sängar. Vi hade en mysig egen uteplats.

Parfait séjour chez Annet. Proche de la belle plage Fetovaia. Ce fut parfait pour notre séjour avec nos 2 enfants.

Siamo stati qua con amici nella settimana di Ferragosto, location stupenda! Casa ampia immersa nel verde ma allo stesso tempo a due passi dal paese e a 15 min di passeggiata dal mare. La jacuzzi è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Le camere sono belle e comode, in ogni stanza praticamente c’è l’aria condizionata, in cucina c’era tutto il necessario per cucinare e ben 2 macchinette da caffè. Una a cialde e l’altra a chicchi, entrambe di ottima qualità. C’era addirittura un po’ di scorta di cibo, come la pasta, tonno in scatola, biscotti, fette biscottate… insomma questo soggiorno ha superato di tanto le nostre aspettative. Siamo andati via ieri e già vorremmo tornare. È proprio un piccolo paradiso. L’Host, Massimo, è sempre stato disponibile e si è interessato a sapere come stesse andando la vacanza più di una volta. Consigliatissimo!!!

L'accoglienza e la gentilezza di Lorenzo e Sirio hanno contribuito alla piacevole esperienza che abbiamo vissuto in questa casa. Ci hanno fornito indicazioni e consigli per luoghi e calette da non perdere. L'appartamento corrisponde perfettamente a ció che ha scritto l'host, il panorama é impagabile, una vista mozzafiato immersa nella natura. La posizione della casa é ottima per visitare le cittá circostanti, sfruttando comunque la pace della campagna.

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in! Casa nel Bosco is a very special place. Such a beautiful spot underneath a large umbrella pine with views across the sea to Montechristo. Part of the Mount Capanne nature reserve with walks on the doorstep, it was chocka full of wild flowers in spring and we saw some wild boars. We spent a lot of time hanging out at the house which was easy to do with so much privacy and space. Our teenagers enjoyed watching the lizards and insects go about their business. Interesting quirks like the outdoor kitchen made unloading the dishwasher novel! There are little seating areas dotted about through the woods, and a path to a waterfall which we cooled off under. Don’t miss the fireflies in the trees at night! We had lots of contact with Adriano and he gave us some nice recommendations. We loved the local beaches and snorkelling at Pomonte. There is also a nice restaurant there where we spent our last night and watched the sunset from their terrace

Villa Messina la rinominerei villa dei tramonti.. abbiamo trascorso in questa lussuosa casa una settimana e ogni sera abbiamo potuto ammirare tramonti spettacolari, la casa è di abbondante metratura con un grandissimo soggiorno camera da letto matrimoniale e un bagno spazioso. Piscina privata con vista sul mare spettacolare .. siamo stati bene località molto silenziosa e tranquilla , appena fuori da Capoliveri lontana dal traffico ma comodo punto di partenza per visitare l intera isola .Davide è stato molto disponibile ci ha fatto trovare il lettino per neonati come abbiamo richiesto. 5 stelle + . Spero un giorno ritorneremo.

Wir haben als Familie schöne Tage auf Elba verbracht. Die Kinder konnten im Garten spielen, der schōne Sandstrand war gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren alleine in dem Ferienhaus, es war ruhig und alles da, was man braucht. Besonders hervorheben mōchte ich die sehr gute Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthaltes mit den Eigentümern und Ivana. Ivana lebt auf Elba und kümmert sich um alles vor Ort. Sie ist bezaubernd und stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank nochmal!

One in a lifetime experience and stay. My favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. My daughter and I were in Florence for a week and wanted to find something peaceful, less touristy and beautiful. Suvereto and Diana’s place exceeded our expectations. Felt like we stepped into a dream. The house was magical and so beautifully designed. The village is a very welcoming and kind place with incredible food. Diana was an exceptional host - her family was even able to transport us from the train station which was a huge gift!! I can’t wait to come back.

Babette und ihr Mann sind sehr nett und freundlich. Die Wohnung passt sehr gut für 2 Personen, die Küche ist super eingerichtet mit Abwaschmaschine und grossem Kühlschrank. Warme Bettdecken für die kühlere Herbstzeit vorhanden! Sehr schöne, von Reben überwachsene Terrasse. Ausserdem eine kleine zusätzliche Terrasse rückseitig mit Morgensonne, ideal für das Frühstück. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, etwas abseits, umgeben von Reben und Olivenbäumen. Deshalb nicht ganz einfach zu finden. Das letzte Stück Weg führt teilweise durch einen Wald auf unbefestigter Strasse.

Fijn appartement met als pluspunten de loggia met zeezicht en een parkeerplek voor de deur. Dichtbij restaurants en strand, via een korte route. Marciana Marina is een rustig en gezellig dorp. Grappig is dat er een gekende serie wordt opgenomen bij Barlume aan de haven.

The apartment of Daniele and Laura is a very good choice for an overnight stay in Follonica. The furniture and decoration is nice and the kitchen fully equipped. We really enjoyed our stay!

Andrea und Marta sind professionelle, hilfsbereite und sympathische Gastgeber, welchen es wichtig ist, dass sich die Gäste wohl fühlen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet, die Umgebung mit dem Pool und der Aussicht ein Paradies! Herzlichen Dank für diesen Aufenthalt! Absolute Empfehlung 😁

Es war einfach toll bei Kety. In dieser Wohnung stimmt alles. Ein Juwel und Bijoux, mit viel Herz und liebe eingerichtet, liegt ruhig und wunderschön mit Sicht aufs Meer, Weinberge und Olivenfelder. Auch hat es viele Restaurants, Shops und Celaterias. Wir kommen wieder und empfehlen es gerne weiter.

Sehr schöne, moderne und blitzsaubere Unterkunft in einer schönen und weitläufigen Hotelanlage in ruhiger Lage. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und Simona war eine super Gastgeberin. Schade war nur, dass die Poolanlage Mitte April noch nicht geöffnet war. Vielen Dank, liebe Simona, wir kommen sicher irgendwann mal wieder!

Semplicemente perfetto.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Viele Küchen- und Essplatz-Dinge, die das Verweilen angenehm machen. Herrlicher Blick. Auch nächtlich lebhaftes Gassengewirr drumherum. Also eher nichts für Stille-Fanatiker. Lange steile Treppe zur Wohnung, dafür über den Dächern der verwinkelten Altstadt. Tolle Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt.
