We are a 6/7 minute drive from the beaches of M.di Campo, Cavoli, Fetovaia, etc.Our country has, in the center , a small medieval village and around other ancient historical sites. It is at an altitude of 220 m, nearby there are woods that give an alternative to the day at the beach. From P.le Belvedere you can see the islands of Giglio, Pianosa , Montecristo and the Argentario...... Given the altitude, the temperature is always pleasant. Our place is called IL CAVOLO NERO. We are inside the tuscany national park Inside our organic little farm we have 3 cozy and comfortable apartments just 1 km away from the beach of Seccheto and 3 km away from the beaches of Cavoli and Fetovaia. The apartments are situated in Vallebuia, a valley overlooking the splendid beach of Seccheto. The apartments are perfect for those who love the beach but also nature and countryside. It's a really good position for hiking,biking and climbing.

The villa built entirely of stone gives our guests a relaxing stay in complete privacy but also pleasant excursions in the surroundings and the sea. The pool water is heated IMPORTANT: it is heated in the mid-season periods 28° (May-June) (September-November) IMPORTANT: We are immersed in nature and in the woods so there are flying insects! The Casa del Poggio (house at the hill) is located in the hills of Castagneto Carducci and is part of our organic farm. It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.

The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already noted on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and converted in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the lake. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.

Cosy house at Porto Azzurro

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.

Villa Casalina, prestigious construction completed in 2024 and immersed in an olive grove on the plain in front of the splendid beach of Marina di Campo. The Casalina Montecristo apartment has a solarium terrace, barbecue, outdoor shower and enclosed garden.
