Ferienhaus direkt am See mit Doppelbett

Modernes Ferienhaus direkt an einem kleinen See. Praktisch eingerichtet um ein paar Tage inmitten der Natur die Seele baumeln zu lassen und abzuschalten. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es wahlweise ein großes Doppelbett oder zwei Einzelbetten. Über eine Stiege erreicht man den etwas niedrigeren Schlafboden mit noch einmal zwei Einzelbetten. Ein hochwertiges Bad und eine mit dem nötigsten ausgestattete Küchenzeile machen dieses tolle Tiny House zum absoluten Wohlfühlort.

Sanierte Ferienwohnung im 1. OG eines historischen Fachwerkhauses am Stadtrand von Sebnitz. Das Haus liegt am Waldrand und einem Bach. Die Wandergebiete der Sächsischen Schweiz sind ca. 10 km entfernt und mit Auto, Bus oder Bahn leicht zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle liegt vorm Haus, der Bahnhof ist ca. 1 km entfernt. Reiterhof 100m (Reitstunden können vermittelt werden), Einkaufen 500m, Stadtzentrum Sebnitz 3km, Dresden 50km. Biker willkommen.

The apartment is located on the second floor (bel étage) in an old building from 1905, which has been lovingly and stylishly restored. All rooms are spacious. From the bedroom and the balcony you have a view of the Elbe, which here makes a wide arc around the Ostragehe. The double bed in the bedroom measures 180 x 200 cm. The kitchen is integrated in the living room. There is also a dining table, a sofa bed and a television armchair.
