Seascape Studio, Whitstable is bright and open plan with a stunning seascape view. It has been lovingly designed by us, with attention to detail given to make your stay comfortable and relaxed. Guest entry is via a private front door with private parking in front of the studio, the studio is up a set of stairs. We provide a breakfast hamper, toiletries, towels and linens. There is a small courtyard for private use, a sunny spot for a cuppa or glass of wine. The sea is a 10 minute walk away.

Pear Tree Lodge

Pear Tree Lodge has recently undergone a complete renovation. The property is self- contained from the main house with underfloor heating throughout and mid-century decor. There is a pretty garden exclusively for guests .Keys can be left out so guests can let themselves in and maintain their privacy, we will be on hand should you need anything. The property benefits from its own quiet shale driveway with off street parking. The lodge is a 15 minute walk to the beach, town and the train station.

Situated on a quiet road, it’s a 10-minute walk to Whitstable’s high street and around 20 minutes to the beach, with a Co-op close by. A quiet, coastal retreat, perfect for an autumn break, with lovely seaside walks and cosy pubs a short stroll away. Treat yourself to a sauna and cold plunge in the garden spa. (This is paid for separately.) Enjoy Whitstable's great restaurants and trendy cafes. And return to the warm comforts of Alba Lodge. It's a double height space, designed for relaxation and with sustainability in mind. Sauna and cold plunge is £30 per couple, per session.

A special place. Direct beach access; wonderful views; spectacular sunsets. Beautifully converted and well equipped. A perfect retreat. A stroll from the Sportsman Restaurant, Oyster Pearl Pub and near lovely Whitstable for shops and restaurants. Perfect in summer with a safe swimming beach meters away and in winter the pleasure of of sea mist, migrating birds and walks on the shore and marshes. Afternoons with a book in front of the fire.
