Vacation rentals with a patio in Seahouses

we had an amazing stay. the hosts were brilliant with directions, local things to do. we were staying for a wedding close by. They offered us a lift to save a taxi fare ( not needed but very much appreciated) pointed us in the direction of the river so my wife could go for a wild swim. the dogs are great and came with us whilst we were outside and super friendly. the accommodation was perfect for our needs and we will definitely return for another peaceful stay in Northumberland. we left super early to go collect the kids after the wedding and we were given bacon rolls in lovely cheese bread bun. so nice and got us through the long drive. 10/10 stay thank you so much for hosting us. Fabulous apartment in a fabulous location. Spacious and tastefully decorated. Lovely little garden with beautiful roses, overlooking the river. Lots of parking. Pub overlooking a marina only 5 mins walk away. Great pubs, bakeries and restaurants 5 mins drive away in the quirky and atmospheric Ouseburn area. the quayside a short walk. Jordan was very responsive. It was our son’s wedding and he kindly left a bottle of fizz. Highly recommend - 5 star all round. Would definitely stay here again.

Wow this really is a beautiful place to stay! Great location for exploring the Borders region, and that view of the Abbey from the bedroom window is something else! It was very homely with lovely furniture, an EXTREMELY comfortable bed (and I'm very fussy about my beds), and a lovely shower and well stocked kitchen. I would highly recommend June's place

Awesome stay at Suzanne’s, neat place with a great location in a beautiful town. The place combines classic charm and modern comfort. Hosts very responsive.

This rental is small but perfectly formed. We had everything we needed for our short break. The apt is very central and we found it very handy for everything. There is a small outside area which is a lovely sun trap to enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine.

Spotless, very well equipped and great location for getting out and about. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful, private and quiet accommodation, spotlessly clean and with the most incredible view towards the sea. Beds super comfy. Perfect for the two couples that we were, ample room and really homely without being cluttered. Super base for exploring, or just kicking back and relaxing. Would recommend and hope to return.

We had not been to the area before but were delighted with the accommodation and with Cullercoats. The cottage was stylish and luxurious, ticking all the boxes for a really comfortable bed, great shower, well-equipped, excellent kitchen and everything you needed for a short stay or a longer one. The upstairs ensuite bedroom had a lovely sea view and was really peaceful. The downstairs double room and separate bathroom were practical as we had family visiting. The neighbourhood was quiet and friendly and the location was superb - the cottage was minutes from the beach, a small supermarket and the Metro. You could walk from the door into Whitley Bay or Tynemouth. The beach was excellent and we swam in the sea. The coastal pathway between Whitley Bay and North Shields with its separate cycle lanes will be a wonderful asset and parts of it are already completed. We settled in really well and very quickly and were a bit sad to leave. Thank you to Vikki.

Gorgeous property with a lovely host! I'd definitely recommend a stay at Theresa's cottage. It had everything we needed for a family holiday and was the perfect base from which to explore the surrounding area. Thanks Theresa for a lovely visit!

Just back from a 3 night stay in Lynne's beautiful home. This property is lovely very tastefully renovated and so comfortable. The garden is a suntrap and the games room a nice little bonus. Loved sitting in the sun room, the querky touch to the stairs and the amazing views especially the rear bedroom. The proximity to Seahouses, Beadnell and Bamburgh is so convenient as well as getting to places like Holy Island and Alnwick it's a great location. For those who love stargazing you have great dark skies and we had stunning sunsets to watch from the sunroom. I have nothing negative to say about Lynne's propery it will be at the top our list next time we're visiting Northumberland

It is a really nice place to stay, lovely private garden and watching the birds on the bird feeder was amazing, I counted over 10 different species! The beds & pillows were excellent and my daughter & I slept really well. Excellent Airbnb

Lovely and welcoming house, perfectly located to explore the region, and be able to come back to a quiet place for the evening/night. We came for a short stay (3 nights) with our 2 young kids, and found children books and a nice decked outdoor space outdoor at the back, both very nice additions. Emma is an attentive and proactive host, and excellent recommendations.

Wendy was a great host and made sure we had the relevant information as we needed it and checked all was well when we got to Rose Cottage. The cottage looked just like the photos and the description was spot on. We found it very comfortable, well decorated and furnished and very clean. It is a 15 minute down hill walk into the city. We preferred to get a taxi back up the hill which was easy because there are several taxi ranks in the city. The parking permit was brilliant and once we parked on the road outside the cottage we didn't move the car until we left. There was plenty to do in Durham. We particularly enjoyed eating Sunday lunch at Isla but you do need to prebook. I can highly recommend Rose Cottage when in Durham.

Wow... The Limeworks is stunning! We had a wonderful stay in the Hemmel, which has been beautifully crafted inside and out, with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and in a very lovely setting. We really enjoyed having views of the woodland and wildflower meadow, strolling along the winding paths through the grounds, and being able to hear nothing but the birds tweeting. Even more amazing was to have hares hopping around the lawn right outside the property! The location was ideal - so peaceful and relaxing, and great for exploring the countryside and coast. The hosts were very helpful and thoughtful and we valued their commitment to the environment and supporting the local wildlife. Big thanks!

All I can say is fantastic Loved the place from the moment we walked in. The views are spectacular and it’s so peaceful. The property is like a home from home and will definitely be coming back.

This upstairs apartment in a charming Scottish village gave us a peaceful, cozy home base while exploring the Dunbar area. We appreciated the high-speed internet, up-to-date appliances and super-comfy sofa. Robert is a very responsive, helpful host who answered all our questions promptly.

Enjoyed the use of the property, it was near the beach and funfair, loads of restaurants at the end of the road and was in a quiet cul de sac. We enjoyed walking the short distance to the town centre and also to the ferry. Great location for all ages.

We stayed in this lovely apartment for a long weekend celebrating with family who live locally. The apartment was perfect, great location, clean, and just want we needed. The hot tub was a complete win with our children. The courtyard is private and a real sun trap. We will be back.

Elaine’s apartment was ultra modern, very clean and well presented. The bathroom is fabulous beautiful freestanding bath and fantastic power shower. We had a welcome pack which was absolutely lovely, made up of local products. It’s well placed for exploring the local area’s. Holy Island / Bamburgh castle/ Seahouses are all within an hour.

What a great place to stay. It's a great location in beautiful Warkworth. We've visited many times over the years and we were very pleased to find somewhere so lovely and comfortable to stay in the village. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Warkworth in the future.

Excellent accommodation and so handy to the beach and town centre. Lovely space offering an exceptional environment to recharge after a day out exploring.

This is a really lovely flat, located directly in front of Cullercoats bay. The view out of the living room bay window in the morning is absolutely fabulous. The flat feels really spacious, with two double rooms and a single. One of the double rooms is located downstairs from the main part of the flat (so at lower ground floor level), and the other is at the rear and has the en-suite. All the rooms felt nice and big and the whole place was lovely and clean. The kitchen is well provisioned with everything we needed during our stay. It's very easy to find the place, with a lockbox containing the key. Parking is available right outside, with a parking permit provided with the house. There are loads of interesting places to explore in the local area, and the beaches at Cullercoats, Longsands and Whitley Bay are great to play on. We wouldn't hesitate to come and stay here again if it's available when we next visit Tynemouth.
