House vacation rentals in Seagrove Beach

Mia’ Beach House was stunning! Our week in Watercolor was peaceful and magical. The home was pristine and the amenities were more than listed. We had 5 adults, a toddler and an infant and we had MORE than enough space. We loved the screened in porch out front and used it everyday. The golf cart was a huge benefit and we went everywhere in it. We used the car only two times during the week. Our host, Joseph, was so helpful and responsive. We would DEFINITELY stay here again and hope to come back in the years to come!!

We stayed here for a weekend trip with four couples. This house was perfect! It was clean, beautiful, and spacious. Everyone had a king/queen bed and their own bathroom. The living room and kitchen was spacious for us too all relax and the house is a very short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Lost Shaker of Salt! The cottage was just as pictured and perfect for our stay. We loved being so close to the beach and used the provided wagon and beach chairs every day. The bikes were very useful as well and we were able to ride them to Seaside several times. The house is well stocked and very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

We had the best time! The home was perfect. Great space and fully stocked with everything we needed. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. A super short walk to the beach or a half mile drive to a more spacious public beach with bathrooms and parking. We loved the neighborhood and community pool. Darrin and Tara were very quick to respond if we needed anything. Highly recommend if you are staying in the Santa Rosa/30A area. Thank you!!

Such a beautiful home with everything you need and more! Beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture, charming cozy porches perfect for morning coffee, an afternoon nap or relaxing and reading. And for kids, it was so nice to have a pack-n-play, high chair, kitchen helper stool, stroller and bike buggy, as well as toys and games. One of the family favorites was the use of the golf cart and bikes - definitely a special memory for the kids and adults too! We loved taking the golf cart to the beach, to the village for dinner and to the local grocery area for ice cream. We were a family of 7 ranging from grandparents to a two year old and this was the perfect home and area for a wonderful week. Thank you Craig!

The home was absolutely beautiful and spotless! I’m a bit of a clean freak and am often disappointed with tattered furniture etc and this is the first home I’m stayed in that fully lived up to the photos. It is bright, clean, and welcoming. Stephanie was very responsive and helpful when we pinged her to get the pool cleaned as it was dirty following some storms.

Beautiful home, GREAT location with private beach just across the street. House had everything we needed to make dinners and an awesome golf cart to drive around in too! Bedrooms each have their own bathroom which was super convenient for our group. Host is extremely responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Place was great just what we were looking for with a family get away. House is very spacious and well equipped, appreciate the beach chairs and use of bicycles. We would definitely come back, thank you.

The house was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and pretty. Stacy was pleasant and quick to respond. Honestly there were no issues. We especially enjoyed the next door pool access as our 3 year old granddaughter preferred it over the ocean. I especially liked the quiet! Hopefully someday soon we will return to this amazing home.

A comfortable, cozy beach retreat in a luxurious destination! This getaway had everything we needed for a relaxing stay just minutes from the beach. Bed was comfortable and the screened-in porch was a highlight for us!

Had the most wonderful vacation! It was just My husband, my 10 month old, my small dog and me. We had plenty of room for our baby to crawl and play. My dog loved the fenced backyard. There were no low shelves with excess decor or any sharp corners for babies or young children to hurt themselves with or on. There is a tub for baths. The porch door to the pool requires you to press a button before opening or a loud alarm goes off. There was just enough decor and furniture to feel homey and not cluttered and small. There is every single thing you could possibly need in a kitchen (excluding groceries and perishables, obviously). Washer and dryer were large and very easy to use. We had a minor issue with the pool heater while we were there, it was fixed promptly and we were refunded for the day it took to correct the problem without asking! The host communication was wonderful. Leaving our vacation feeling refreshed and having ZERO complaints. Will be booking again in the future.

One of the most amazing places we’ve stayed at on the coast! Ivonne was an extremely great host & the stay itself is top tier. The private pool makes the place even better along with a short ride to the beach on the golf cart. Everything went perfect! A must stay at!

Absolutely love our stay! Things to note: The house is CLEAN which is a huge deal to us. We love the private beach access as well. Always a must have for us. We never had many people on top of us on the beach but just enough people for the kids to meet friends and play! The manager with Sea & Stay is the best communicator of all of the places we have stayed on 30A. Checking on us regularly and making sure everything is perfect for our trip. We will be back to this house again soon!

Our stay at Beaches and Dreams was nothing short of perfect! The home was beautifully maintained, incredibly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The attention to detail was clear—from the cozy bedding to the fully stocked kitchen and beach supplies. One of our favorite parts of the trip was cruising around in the golf cart—it made getting to the beach and exploring the area so much fun! We also couldn’t get enough of Blue Mountain Creamery—an absolute must-visit for a sweet treat. The house’s location made it easy to enjoy both quiet beach days and little adventures around town. Our host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We truly felt at home and are already dreaming about our next visit. Highly recommend this gem of a beach house to anyone looking to enjoy the best of Santa Rosa Beach!

We loved staying at this home! Beautiful, comfortable, close to beach access and had everything we needed!

The owner, Blaze, was so kind and responsive and was a wonderful host. We made very last minute plans for some of our mother-son group to stay in the area for a couple of extra days and just needed a smaller place to stay in after we checked out of a larger home in watercolor. This condo was a perfect choice for us and Blaze was very accommodating and helpful, even allowing us to check in early at no additional cost. It was clear that he takes pride in his place and he was very kind and patient with all of my many questions and requests. We love the 30A area and have been vacationing there for years. We usually stay in Watercolor/Seaside and had never stayed in Seagrove before. It was a beautiful area, this condo was clean and comfortable and Blaze was an excellent host. The beach was close and easy to walk to and the golf cart was an added bonus for navigating the area. The shuttle service provided by the condos was great as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Florida! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and in a nice location. The host was friendly and responsive, which made check-in and communication easy. I especially loved enjoying peaceful mornings on the patio before going to the beach. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!

The PERFECT beach stay! The house is WONDERFUL! Loved the location in the quiet little cull de sac , yet still in close proximity to EVERYTHING! It was the most perfect stay. We absolutely LOVED our stay and highly recommend! The property management was superb to work with.

This was our second time staying and we loved it! We reminisced about our time here 4 years ago and had a wonderful time creating new memories this year. When we decided to come back to this area, there was no doubt in our minds on where we wanted to stay. Carla is an absolute wonderful host. She is responsive and so kind and easy to communicate with. Her home is perfect and tucked away from all the hustle and bustle but still close enough to everything including the beach! The pool was perfect for our group of 7 (4 adults and 3 kiddos). The layout was also perfect for us. Everything was very clean and readily available. We will definitely be back 💕

We had an amazing stay at Casa Rubia! Hosts were super friendly and responsive. The home was VERY clean (which I have pretty high standards) and extremely comfortable! The location was incredible! Such a short walk to a beach that wasn't ever super crowded. Near lots of great restaurants and close enough to the activity of 30A without being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. It was also super nice to have the private pool in the backyard, and we enjoyed that almost everyday. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was exactly like the photos. You get exactly what you should expect. It was very clean and had everything you would need for a week’s stay. Huge fridge and the ice maker and beverage fridge was great. Everything was very modern and updated. The pool was so great to have and very clean! We loved the screened in porch for hanging out by the pool or eating lunch and dinner. Super quiet cul de sac and easy access to the beach. The house was extremely quiet and cool, lots of fans and a/c worked amazing. Lots of space for everyone to relax. I think an extra cherry on top would be having beach and pool supplies or be able to rent them from the house owner rather than bringing them down or buying extra. We had a great time and would definitely rent again or recommend to family and friends.

Kristina’s place was fantastic! Super clean & beautiful. Location is great & walkable. The house has everything you need for a beach trip - towels, beach toys & games. Highly recommend!

Amazing location only a few minute walk to a perfect beach location and Seaside. The house had a great layout and is exactly what we needed for the week. Todd was fantastic to communicate with from early on and through the stay.
