Beach house vacation rentals in Seagrove Beach

We stayed here for a weekend trip with four couples. This house was perfect! It was clean, beautiful, and spacious. Everyone had a king/queen bed and their own bathroom. The living room and kitchen was spacious for us too all relax and the house is a very short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! So close to Seaside but not in the middle of all the crowds. We had family bike rides, rode bikes to the beach and breakfast. The golf cart was so nice to have as well. We only got in the car when we drove to Grayton Beach. We will definitely be booking again in the future. The hosts were responsive and helped us anything that came up.

Such a beautiful home with everything you need and more! Beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture, charming cozy porches perfect for morning coffee, an afternoon nap or relaxing and reading. And for kids, it was so nice to have a pack-n-play, high chair, kitchen helper stool, stroller and bike buggy, as well as toys and games. One of the family favorites was the use of the golf cart and bikes - definitely a special memory for the kids and adults too! We loved taking the golf cart to the beach, to the village for dinner and to the local grocery area for ice cream. We were a family of 7 ranging from grandparents to a two year old and this was the perfect home and area for a wonderful week. Thank you Craig!

We had the best time! The home was perfect. Great space and fully stocked with everything we needed. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. A super short walk to the beach or a half mile drive to a more spacious public beach with bathrooms and parking. We loved the neighborhood and community pool. Darrin and Tara were very quick to respond if we needed anything. Highly recommend if you are staying in the Santa Rosa/30A area. Thank you!!

My family had a wonderful time staying at this house! The golf cart made it easy to drive to the public beach parking lot. The pool was super relaxing. We felt right at home! Also, we loved the recommendations for restaurants Kalos Dwellings gave in the check-in instructions. The host was super responsive prior to our stay and checked in on us through messaging during our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. We would definitely book again!!

We really enjoyed our stay! My husband, two toddlers, and I had a great vacation. Amenities were perfect for two kids. The location is walkable and a short drive to all of the beaches/attractions in 30A. Hosts were very responsive upon arrival. Loved it!

Beautiful home, GREAT location with private beach just across the street. House had everything we needed to make dinners and an awesome golf cart to drive around in too! Bedrooms each have their own bathroom which was super convenient for our group. Host is extremely responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

This house looks exactly like the photos…did not disappoint! The place was very clean and we felt very much at home. The neighborhood is super cute and quiet. You can walk to several beach access points. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book another visit!

We absolutely loved Chelsea’s place. It was perfect for our beach getaway especially with kids wanting to constantly walk back and forth from the beach to home base. The bikes were an awesome addition too. Chelsea was very responsive to any question we had. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I stayed at Nancy’s house for our 6 year wedding anniversary it was so nice! Very peaceful and relaxing so close to the destin bridge we were able to take a 10 min ride over and enjoy ourselves would highly recommend her to anyone great host

We had a wonderful stay over new years. The house is really cute and right by the beach. Nice kitchen with a good amount of pots and pans. The pool is directly across from the front door and the beach access is just across a little alleyway from the back door. It was so convenient and safe to walk back and forth, even kids could go back to house by themselves and was not a problem if you wanted to run get something. The hosts provided bikes and paddle boards and a big box of beach stuff. Great views of sunset from second and third floor decks. Great beach right there. Some restaurants are close enough to walk and you are basically right between seaside and rosemary such that each is a short drive. This is a great choice along 30a.

we truly enjoyed our stay! so close to the beach. nice size rooms. the golf cart was so handy. we loved the rooftop. Very helpful and responsive hosts. would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. The house was big and spacious for our group and we loved being close to the pool. We liked the two large primary bedrooms. But was disappointed to find out - as we were unpacking that the primary bedroom upstairs closet was locked and reserved as the owner’s closet. So being that the beach and 30A in general is where most like to bring nice dresses or button ups, it was disappointing to not have access to the closet. The bunk bedrooms closet was stuffed between the bunks so no functional closet in that bedroom either. A roll away rack would be nice for those who want to hang things. There is also no pantry- as it’s locked for the owner as well so if you’re staying for more than 4 days you dry food will have to go in the counter tops. None of this was a deal breaker but sharing for the next guest as I didn’t see any of this in previous reviews. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

What an amazing home! Ashland was a fab host, and you can't beat the location and proximity to the beach. Literally steps away. The house was so nice, clean, and welcoming. My only recommendation is that if you're traveling with small children you'll need a baby gate as everything is on the second floor :)

We had a wonderful stay in Florida! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and in a nice location. The host was friendly and responsive, which made check-in and communication easy. I especially loved enjoying peaceful mornings on the patio before going to the beach. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at Lost Shaker of Salt! The cottage was just as pictured and perfect for our stay. We loved being so close to the beach and used the provided wagon and beach chairs every day. The bikes were very useful as well and we were able to ride them to Seaside several times. The house is well stocked and very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Kassi's place! There was plenty of space and the home was perfect for what we needed. We cooked, played games, watched movies, and relaxed. The 10 minute walk to the beach was easy and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We'd love to come back!

A comfortable, cozy beach retreat in a luxurious destination! This getaway had everything we needed for a relaxing stay just minutes from the beach. Bed was comfortable and the screened-in porch was a highlight for us!

Had the most wonderful vacation! It was just My husband, my 10 month old, my small dog and me. We had plenty of room for our baby to crawl and play. My dog loved the fenced backyard. There were no low shelves with excess decor or any sharp corners for babies or young children to hurt themselves with or on. There is a tub for baths. The porch door to the pool requires you to press a button before opening or a loud alarm goes off. There was just enough decor and furniture to feel homey and not cluttered and small. There is every single thing you could possibly need in a kitchen (excluding groceries and perishables, obviously). Washer and dryer were large and very easy to use. We had a minor issue with the pool heater while we were there, it was fixed promptly and we were refunded for the day it took to correct the problem without asking! The host communication was wonderful. Leaving our vacation feeling refreshed and having ZERO complaints. Will be booking again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It is walkable to public beach access - which was never too busy or packed. It is also close to seaside and easy to pop over for dinner etc. The house itself is in a little community with other similar houses. It was always quiet and peaceful. Inside the house was a cute and simple layout with a very comfy bed. Best of all, Chris responded to any questions or requests we had within a matter of minutes! We had a great time.

Our stay in this is beautiful home was absolutely perfect. I cannot even begin to describe how much we loved our weekend away in Christine and Nick’s lovely home. Not only was it even more beautiful in person, but they truly had everything we could ever need plus incredible local recommendations around the area. They were so accommodating and responsive to every need or question we had. We absolutely want to come back and plan to rebook this gorgeous house for our next trip! Thank you all so much!!
