Evin konumu gerçekten harikaydı. Hem tasarımı hem de temizliği açısından oldukça etkileyiciydi. Banyo ve tuvaletin birlikte olması nedeniyle duş sonrası etrafa biraz su sıçrayabiliyor; bu yüzden yanınızda terlik bulundurmanız faydalı olabilir. This was an outstanding beginning to our trip in Turkey. The location was perfect in a very walkable and interesting neighborhood with all we needed in terms of restaurants and walkable to attractions. We were only one block from the tram that takes you anywhere you need to go. The very best thing about our stay, though, was Cem. We have never had a more proactively helpful, generous, and friendly host than Cem. We highly recommend this place! NOTE: this apartment is small and it is in a very narrow but tall space (4 stories). So if you are not comfortable with small spaces or with steps, this would not be the place for you

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

The stay was great. The apartment is very comfortable, with good beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious balcony, and it’s located in a lively neighborhood. There’s a lot to see within walking distance. If you’re in good shape, you can even walk to the historic area of Sultanahmet. The ferry to Kadikoy is also nearby. Taxis are inexpensive, I recommend using Uber. It’s a pity we didn’t meet the host in person; it’s always nice to talk to a local. The apartment and its location are truly recommended!

The place itself was amazing—just as described and exactly like the photos. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. For anyone traveling to Istanbul by car, this location is ideal since it offers free parking right behind the building. The host was incredibly responsive, available almost 24/7, and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed—he truly cared about our comfort. Everything was perfect, especially the hospitality. Highly, highly recommended!

Ceyda war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin – aufmerksam, herzlich und mit einem außergewöhnlichen Gespür für Details. Ich übernachte häufig in Airbnbs, doch die Kommunikation mit ihr war besonders angenehm und unkompliziert. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir persönlich empfangen. Ceyda nahm sich Zeit, uns alles in Ruhe zu zeigen. Zur Begrüßung gab es frisch gebackene Kekse und traditionellen türkischen Kaffee – eine liebevolle Geste, die sofort für eine warme Atmosphäre sorgte. Besonders berührt hat uns die kleine Überraschung für unsere Tochter, die während unseres Aufenthalts ihren ersten Geburtstag feierte – obwohl ich das nur beiläufig erwähnt hatte. Das Haus war makellos sauber, der Pool angenehm beheizt, und das Spielhaus im Garten wirkte wie neu. Auch die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen – vom bequemen, hochwertigen Bett bis hin zu Föhn, Toaster und Çaykanne war alles vorhanden. Die Unterkunft bot viel Privatsphäre, sodass wir als Familie zwei rundum entspannte Tage genießen k

Le logement est comme sur les photos, encore mieux en vrai :) une magnifique vue sur le lac au calme. Nous avons séjourné une nuit seulement mais nous reviendrons certainement . Un grand merci au parents de Fatih qui nous ont très bien accueilli.

Ensar Bey muhteşem bir ev sahibi. İhtiyaçlarımız konusunda bizlere yardımcı oldu. Ev ise gerçekten muazzam bir yer. Tertemiz, düzenli ve her türlü imkan var. Ensar bey gerçekten yardımsever ve çok nazik bir insan. Bundan sonra her zaman konaklayacağım bir yer.

Uzun zamandır Sapanca’da konaklama konusunda çekincelerim vardı. Rıdvan beyin evini seçtiğim için çok mutluyum. Doğanın içinde, bulunduğu yere saygılı ve harika planlanmış bir evde kaldık. Herşeyiyle çok memnun kaldık, ev sahibine ilgisi ve yaklaşımı için çok teşekkür ederiz

Excellent location on a quiet, one-way street - it is steep in parts but that's Istanbul...An easy walk to all the cool districts in the area including Galata and not much further to get to the big sights on the Horn. Easy as well to get to the various key ferry piers. The apartment is very stylish, well-appointed and in a relatively new building. Best aspect was the slot views, between buildings across the street, to the Bosphorus Strait from the bedroom and living room and you can watch the ships and ferries pass by in a never-ending sequence. Cruise ships, when docked, sometimes block the view but that is only during the day when we were out and about anyway. The host is very supportive with local recommendations and quick responses to our very few questions. 5 star plus for us and we stayed 6 nights, so we'll say 6 stars!

Excellent host very helpful and available at all times. The best location in Istanbul, highly recommend.

First, the host Efkan was terrific. Waiting for us at the front door, he carried our two suitcases up to the 5th floor apartment, saving two old travellers from the struggle of doing it ourselves! Efkan responded to all our texts almost immediately, and was a great host The flat is well equiped (although no oven),and has a fantastic terrace overlooking the Bosphorous, where my wife and I enjoyed a glass of wine every evening. A joy. It is very central (beside the Galata Tower), so good for seeing all the important attractions, either on foot, public transport or taxi. Being in the center of town means there are street noises at night, like car horns, or people on a night out...nothing unusual, but part of city life.

Best Airbnb we have stayed ever. Everything is New and Spotless. Walking distance to All Must See Attractions. Fish Market with a Vegetables Stand is within 5 minutes walk. Ferry just across the street and you can see it from your Ceiling to floor windows. Views are amazing especially from rooftop patio. We highly recommend this Unit

The house and the area are very beautiful and the house is nice and has everything you need in it. We were also amazed by the house beyond description. The furniture, kitchen and utensils are very beautiful. The view is also very nice. You don’t want to leave the place. There are also grocery stores nearby in the nearby villages. The people of the village are welcoming and friendly. Mr. Ismail was interested in us and always asked about us and what if we needed something. He also suggested that we go to nearby activities and events. We enjoyed staying in this house and I want to come back again.

C’était EXTRAORDINAIRE. Je pense l’un des meilleurs appartements que j’ai loué sur istanbul. La vue imprenable sur les iles . La propreté du lieu, l’accès au metro et aux centre commerciaux très rapides. Je vous recommande vivement cet appartement , mehmet a été très réactif très pro et vraiment très gentil. Je reviendrais c’est sur et j’ai hate de revenir . Merci pour tout 🙏🏽🙏🏽
