Nice apt, great location. After 3 weeks in Istanbul finally found a place where you can sleep well still remaining within a walking range to most spots around.

It was definitely a very pleasant trip. The house was cleaner than I expected. Mr. Fatih was very interested and helpful. The neighborhood is a generally quiet place, a very good choice for relaxing.

the host is extremely fast & kind with responding & sends you detailed instructions on how to get inside which was really helpful! the last thing you want after a long and chaotic flight is struggle with getting in; so the instructions took all that stress away. they also arranged me transport to/from the airport which was extremely helpful. the apartment itself is lovely and full of charm. i loved the high ceilings and huge windows that let so much light in. the bottom bedroom is huge &so comfy. i also loved the balcony upstairs for listening to the call of prayer. the location is great. it feels very calm & quiet compared to some of the more hectic streets but you’re so close to historical mosques, markets and SO many amazing food choices. i had a few bad luck situations - a example being my flight in got cancelled due to bad weather in montenegro so i lost a day in istanbul, & the host went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was great even though it wasn’t their fault.

I'm travelling in Istanbul till 15 years and it's almost the best flat I've been in, it's really cosy and quite (silent very rare in Istanbul), the bed is confortable, the place is actually bigger and better than in the pictures (most of other airbnb flats are very small). The neighbourhood is perfect because central, close from everything but much more friendly and authentic than the historical quarter. Elif is super friendly and helps in everything. The only thing that make me anxious is that it's such a good place that it won't be available next time I come :)

Elif was super helpful. He opened the doors for us in person and fixed a sliding door that was off track before we checked in. Instructions were clear and the place had everything that we needed as tourists in Istanbul. Location was perfect for sightseeing. Would definitely recommend this stay for a group of 5-6.

The location of the house is nice. The house is quite large, even 10 people can stay. As long as we don't make too much noise, the neighbors won't be a problem. Overall, it was a visit we liked. He didn't call us to leave the house. He didn't bother us. He doesn't even know what time we left. Thank you.

Honestly, I’m speechless! The apartment is amazing! • First of all, the view from the window is absolutely incredible! • The mattress was super comfortable (which was really important for us!). • The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. • Great location—close to all the main attractions. • Several shops nearby. • A quiet and cozy neighborhood. • The call to prayer from the mosque was barely audible with the windows closed, which is a big plus at 4 AM! And of course, the host was fantastic! Always available and even helped us with a taxi at the end—huge thanks for that! The only possible downside is the fourth floor with a spiral staircase. So if you have any health issues, keep that in mind. We’d love to come back again! ❤️

we were looking for a peaceful place in Istanbul close to the sea and mountains and forests. This is the best place for this purpose. So we got completely relaxed there. Moreover, the location is very organic- you may buy fresh milk straight from Turkish village citizens, freshly baked Karadeniz bread from the local old lady who is making herself it, you may buy fresh groceries there. Black Sea is 10 minutes away by car. The place is also close to both Asian and European parts of Istanbul. About house- the housekeepers are very helpful and empathetic, whenever you need help, they can do that. We did not know that the house is well-equipped so we brought our dishes, containers, shampoo etc. However, everything was there. Overall, we had amazing experience there with our kids. thanks to this place for that

Our visit was short but we felt right at home. Location is great with easy to walk to places and safe.

The stay was great. The apartment is very comfortable, with good beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious balcony, and it’s located in a lively neighborhood. There’s a lot to see within walking distance. If you’re in good shape, you can even walk to the historic area of Sultanahmet. The ferry to Kadikoy is also nearby. Taxis are inexpensive, I recommend using Uber. It’s a pity we didn’t meet the host in person; it’s always nice to talk to a local. The apartment and its location are truly recommended!

We stayed with my wife for 1 night, Mr. Fatih helped us with everything, everything was clean and tidy, the temperature of the pool was very good, the morning breakfast was quite sufficient for two people, there are problems with hygiene in such places, but everything was sparkling clean, maybe we were more careful than I was pregnant, there are shops 2 minutes away by car for dinner, we preferred to take meat and barbecue in the garden, we had a good time on the advice of Mr. Fatih, we had a very pleasant time, the host woke up the morning with a bell and breakfast, they entered the garden directly in the bungalow we stayed before, they respect your privacy here, everything was as in the photos and worked smoothly, air conditioning, wood fireplace, barbecue, shower, hot water, projection, in short, we were very satisfied, in short, it was more convenient than other comparisons, it was a place we would prefer again, my only suggestion was that you should take the time off, you will be more comfortable. A house with a spacious porch in a beautiful location. But it is not possible to go down around the stream, it is quite steep.

Well located , clean and quiet. The perfect match to discover this area walking up and coming down. The Hamman , sauna and the pool are a big plus for rainy days.

This was a very good trip Much better than my last trip to turkey thanks to the house, the house was very clean and exactly like the pictures, everything was as described and the owner was very good at communicating with me and checking up on things.

It was EXTRAORDINARY. I think it's one of the best apartments I've rented in Istanbul. Breathtaking views of the islands. The cleanliness of the place, access to the metro and shopping centers very fast. I highly recommend this apartment, Mehmet was very responsive, very professional and really very kind. I'll be back for sure and I can't wait to come back. Thank you for everything 🙏🏽🙏🏽

I've enjoyed my stay at Nuri's place very much. The place is safe, beautiful and cozy, very close to Metro and tram, located perfectly near business and trading areas, with a nice view and balcony. Nuri is a really nice guy and was so helpful and responsive and has helped me throughout my stay. I highly recommend staying at Nuri's place.
