Loft vacation rentals in Sea of Marmara

perfect location, so close to bus and tram stops. its not in the mega busy main tourist drag of Balat, its a nicer area for me, more local feel with great , cheap eateries , but really easy to walk into the busier parts. check in, communication, arranging transfers all of that was smooth and friendly. nice balcony, good hot water and comfy bed. its a boutique apart stay rather than a regular home, so you do need to take your own tea/cooking oil etc...but the kitchen had all i needed - except a turkish teapot :)

The view is poet:) centrally located, the house is tidy.

The apartment is lovely and had everything we needed for a long weekend in Istanbul. My friends and I loved starting and ending the day on the terrace listening to the city. It's very well located, close to the main shopping street, bars and restaurants. We found the street and the area around the apartment to be very safe, even when coming home late at night. Taylan is also a great, proactive host, checking in with us regularly to see if he could help with anything. Definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Istanbul. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and the overall experience very comfortable. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from Taksim Square, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. One of the highlights was the beautiful balcony with a stunning view—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The area felt safe and vibrant, with plenty of cafes, shops, and attractions nearby. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Istanbul.

Great outdoor space (bit noisy with the school but we didn’t mind while working with music). Top floor place but good value for money. Close to shops and bars up the hill.

I feel at home every time

It was a very pleasant stay, where we got early check-in, the house it was so clean,neat and nice just looks like in the picture. Just a bit suggestion and i’m sure it will make the place more comfortable, if its bathrooms got a rack to put toiletries and also add some oil in the kitchen. But the rest is just perfect. Thank you and surely will stay here again in my next Istanbul holiday

Location is perfect! Communication is on top, Ferit is super helpful. always online, always ready for help, was really glad to meet him! There is no elevator to whom it is important and apartments on the top floor. Besides, place need to be repaired somewhere, some items should be replaced. Floors are old and squeaky. You can hear the neighbors talking.

Tao’s home was beautiful and comfortable for our group. The terrace had beautiful views of the Bosporus and the units were decorated with a cool vintage feel. The neighborhood was great and just a quick walk away from the tram. Would recommend, would stay again.

First of all, even though we stayed on the weekend, there was a very quiet and peaceful environment. Everything was as shown in the photos. The house was very tidy and clean. We did not have the opportunity to meet Ms. Tugba, but her assistant Ms. Begüm took very good care of us. We were also in constant communication with Ms. Tugba from the phone. Thank you both so much. My girlfriend and I were very happy. We will definitely be back. Also, her cat Pamuk is a very nice and smart cat , if you don't have a cat phobia, you definitely don't need to be shy.

It was our first time in Istanbul and we absolutely loved it. This apartment's view of the Bosphorus bridge and sea is just breathtaking and brings the city into the apartment. It's also really close to the bus stops so getting to the rest of the city is really easy. A five minute walk will take you to the sea front in Ortakoy with many restaurants, shops, markets and beautiful views. The amenities are great, everything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook at home. Air con in the rooms was also handy for the hotter days. We had a few queries and questions during our stay and Berk was really responsive and helpful. I'd definitely recommend and will hopefully be back!

We stayed for a week and liked everything. The room corresponds to the description, the location is very convenient to get anywhere. The owner is always available and quick to respond.

The place was clean, well equipped and well located in the Üsküdar district. You can quickly walk to the metro and bus station as well as nearby restaurants and cafes. The highlight is the view from the living room to the Bosphorus as well as the roof terrace. We had a really great time in Tanner's apartment. Absolutely recommended!
