This was a very good trip Much better than my last trip to turkey thanks to the house, the house was very clean and exactly like the pictures, everything was as described and the owner was very good at communicating with me and checking up on things.

Title: Wonderful Stay, Fantastic Host! I had the pleasure of staying at this amazing apartment, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated—exactly as shown in the listing. The location was perfect, close to key attractions, public transport, and some great local restaurants. What really stood out, though, was the Ksenia the host. She was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From offering local tips to making sure I was comfortable, their hospitality made all the difference. I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The apartment was well-stocked with everything from fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to feel at home. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the place was peaceful and quiet—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again.

this apartment is a great value, has everything you need for a short to medium stay plus it is not overpriced, like many others in Istanbul. the location is close to the HavaIst #9 bus stop in Avcilar and there are many restaurants, banks and a large shopping mall nearby. I especially liked very convenient access to the building via smart lock and flexible self check-in/out without having to meet/wait for any one. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely amazing stay in Istanbul! The Airbnb was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located. The host was truly the best, super friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond by sharing great local recommendations. Entry was a breeze thanks to clear instructions and helpful pictures. I felt right at home. Nagehan was an excellent host and I would 100% stay here again!

15 min walk to Beyoglu. Felt like at home, the kitchen was quite well equipped. Building has good facilities, there are a mini market and a bakery in the site.

The apartment was as shown in the photos. It was clean and comfortable. There was no safety and privacy issue. Although we kept it recently, Mr. Deniz was helpful. Shops, restaurants nearby in the location. Transportation is easy. I recommend anyone who wants to stay on the Anatolian side to give a chance.

Furkan was very friendly and responsive. He helped me a lot through the whole stay. I had a nice and cozy stay, the place felt like home.

I can say that it was the cleanest house we stayed in, which made it feel like our own home. The location is already very good 5 and 10 minutes to the airport. The site was also very safe and peaceful. The entrance and exit is smooth. Due to the location, the metro is very close to everywhere. The house was hot, even though the weather was cold. And it was really spotless. The house smelled very nice and the fact that there was no smoking in the house. The host, Ms. Busra, was also very kind and caring and very helpful with everything. Thank you again:)

This is a great apartment in a great location. Clean and spacious apartment. The complex has pleasant and helpful staff. When I injured my leg, the cleaning lady who cleaned the given number herself called the reception and asked to bring ice. I will recommend this apartment to my friends and family.

Apartment was clean and there is everything you need for everyday life. Outside pool is good. Just need to wear swim gap. Apartment has a great sea view. Alexandre was helpful, we needed to clean floors but vacuum cleaner didn't work. So he ordered new one right away.

The location was peaceful but still close enough to shops and restaurants. The host was friendly, helpful, and made everything super easy. My partner and I had a very good stay at this flat! The place is well-equipped with plenty of amenities—there's a lovely swimming pool, a gym, and even shops within the complex. The internet connection was excellent, allowing us to easily work online, hold meetings, and handle downloads and uploads without any issues. We did encounter a couple of small issues. On our first night, we weren’t informed about the access card required to move around the complex, which left us a bit stuck until someone kindly helped us out. Additionally, there was a minor issue with the toilet, but the host was responsive and came over almost immediately to fix it, which we really appreciated. Despite these hiccups, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place with fantastic amenities!
