The location of the house was really great. It was quite impressive in terms of both design and cleanliness. Since the bathroom and toilet are together, a little water can splash around after a shower, so it may be helpful to have slippers with you. Also, since the building is old, the sound insulation is not very good and there may be noise from time to time from the apartment upstairs. But this was not an uncomfortable situation for us. You might want to consider this if you are sensitive to sound though. The hosts were extremely caring and helpful, very responsive to every question we had. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay, we would definitely consider choosing it again.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

The stay was great. The apartment is very comfortable, with good beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious balcony, and it’s located in a lively neighborhood. There’s a lot to see within walking distance. If you’re in good shape, you can even walk to the historic area of Sultanahmet. The ferry to Kadikoy is also nearby. Taxis are inexpensive, I recommend using Uber. It’s a pity we didn’t meet the host in person; it’s always nice to talk to a local. The apartment and its location are truly recommended!

The place itself was amazing—just as described and exactly like the photos. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. For anyone traveling to Istanbul by car, this location is ideal since it offers free parking right behind the building. The host was incredibly responsive, available almost 24/7, and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed—he truly cared about our comfort. Everything was perfect, especially the hospitality. Highly, highly recommended!

My stay at this apartment in Istanbul was absolutely wonderful in every way! The apartment was very clean and beautifully furnished with modern, stylish decor. Its location is excellent — very close to Taksim Square and right in the heart of the city. The street is mostly flat with a slight uphill walk, but it was easy and not a problem at all. I would like to give a special thank you to Ms. Nihal and her family, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. Her communication felt more like family than just a host, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, if I return to Turkey, I will definitely book with her again. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort, a great location, and a warm, friendly host.

It was an accommodation that I was satisfied with. The cleanliness of the pool and the house was very good. Mr. Mustafa was very caring. He always responded immediately. He is a really good person with his hospitality, friendliness and sincere behavior. The view of the house is more beautiful than it looks. I would recommend it as a very ideal place to relax and unwind.

Ceyda was a wonderful host – attentive, warm and with an exceptional sense of detail. I often stay in Airbnbs, but communicating with her was particularly pleasant and straightforward. We were welcomed in person upon arrival. Ceyda took the time to show us everything in peace. We were greeted with freshly baked cookies and traditional Turkish coffee – a loving gesture that immediately created a warm atmosphere. We were particularly touched by the little surprise for our daughter, who celebrated her first birthday during our stay – even though I had only mentioned it in passing. The house was spotlessly clean, the pool pleasantly heated, and the playhouse in the garden looked like new. The amenities also left nothing to be desired – from the comfortable, high-quality bed to the hairdryer, toaster and çay kettle, everything was available. The accommodation offered a lot of privacy, so we as a family enjoyed two completely relaxed days

The place is like the pictures, even better in real life :) a beautiful view of the quiet lake. We only stayed for one night but we will definitely come back. Many thanks to Fatih's parents who hosted us very well.

Mr. Ensar is a magnificent host. They helped us with our needs. The house is really huge. Immaculately clean, tidy, and all kinds of amenities. Mr. Ensar is really helpful and a very kind person. A place I will always stay from now on.

Excellent location on a quiet, one-way street - it is steep in parts but that's Istanbul...An easy walk to all the cool districts in the area including Galata and not much further to get to the big sights on the Horn. Easy as well to get to the various key ferry piers. The apartment is very stylish, well-appointed and in a relatively new building. Best aspect was the slot views, between buildings across the street, to the Bosphorus Strait from the bedroom and living room and you can watch the ships and ferries pass by in a never-ending sequence. Cruise ships, when docked, sometimes block the view but that is only during the day when we were out and about anyway. The host is very supportive with local recommendations and quick responses to our very few questions. 5 star plus for us and we stayed 6 nights, so we'll say 6 stars!

It was a dream, it was peaceful, it was hygienic, everything was perfect, but I think in the morning, the sound of the generator was very disturbing at certain hours, there was no negativity other than that, thank you for everything, we will choose it again

First, the host Efkan was terrific. Waiting for us at the front door, he carried our two suitcases up to the 5th floor apartment, saving two old travellers from the struggle of doing it ourselves! Efkan responded to all our texts almost immediately, and was a great host The flat is well equiped (although no oven),and has a fantastic terrace overlooking the Bosphorous, where my wife and I enjoyed a glass of wine every evening. A joy. It is very central (beside the Galata Tower), so good for seeing all the important attractions, either on foot, public transport or taxi. Being in the center of town means there are street noises at night, like car horns, or people on a night out...nothing unusual, but part of city life.

Best Airbnb we have stayed ever. Everything is New and Spotless. Walking distance to All Must See Attractions. Fish Market with a Vegetables Stand is within 5 minutes walk. Ferry just across the street and you can see it from your Ceiling to floor windows. Views are amazing especially from rooftop patio. We highly recommend this Unit

The house and the area are very beautiful and the house is nice and has everything you need in it. We were also amazed by the house beyond description. The furniture, kitchen and utensils are very beautiful. The view is also very nice. You don’t want to leave the place. There are also grocery stores nearby in the nearby villages. The people of the village are welcoming and friendly. Mr. Ismail was interested in us and always asked about us and what if we needed something. He also suggested that we go to nearby activities and events. We enjoyed staying in this house and I want to come back again.

Anıl is a really nice host. We especially thank you for the barbecue support:) It is very good that it is 5 minutes by car to Ağva. We had a nice day enjoying everything. Bungalows are now starting to be considered luxury, if you have such an expectation, you may not be satisfied. The only downside for us is that other bungalows called for insulation, but the frogs and birds in the opposite lake are in a singing contest all night, suppressing human voices 😊

Everything you may need at home is available, large enough for 2 people, barbecue, cutlery, plates, glasses, teapot, stove, salt, sugar, spices, everything is thought of, and you can order food from restaurants within walking distance, the terrace is of tremendous beauty, you can set up pleasant tables in peace and calm with a sea view, all details are thought of, thank you Mr. Mehmet

It was EXTRAORDINARY. I think it's one of the best apartments I've rented in Istanbul. Breathtaking views of the islands. The cleanliness of the place, access to the metro and shopping centers very fast. I highly recommend this apartment, Mehmet was very responsive, very professional and really very kind. I'll be back for sure and I can't wait to come back. Thank you for everything 🙏🏽🙏🏽
