Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Scottish Borders

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It is situated at the entrance to a lovely park and a great place to stay to explore the Scottish Borders. It is easily walkable to the local supermarkets and restaurants. Do be aware that a lot of the restaurants are closed in the evenings on Sundays, Mondays or both. We would recommend the Santa Marina Italian. Sam's home is very cosy and comfortable. It is very clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. It is dog friendly. We would certainly go back if we visit the area again.

What a fantastic place! The Lodge itself is a nice, bright relaxing place to spend time in between activities. Add in the fact that it is walking distance to a brilliant beach (~5mins), and only 15mins walk to the lovely harbour village of St Abbs, and it's pretty perfect. We could only manage a short stay this time, but will definitely be looking to book a longer break in the near future. Thanks Bob & Lu

We have used Georgie place last year in the Autumn . Now in the Spring/summer. Enjoyed on both occasions. Will certainly be returning .

My wife and I had an amazing 3 day holiday in Northumberland. Nina is an exceptional and welcoming person. It was beyond our expectations. A wonderful area with many many places to visit. We will definitely come back here next time. Thank you Nina !!!

Beautifully renovated and spacious property. Great home base for visiting mid and east Lothian. Very quiet surroundings and between rooms. Highly recommend for friend groups or families. Daniela is a very attentive hostess. Only downside- could only find 1 hair dryer and utility knives were dull.

Had a lovely time relaxing in a very peaceful setting. The garden and surroundings are beautiful. In Springtime it's possible to see lambs in the next field, bluebells, and apple blosoms. A nature lovers dream. The cottage has old fashioned charm.

Really enjoyed my stay..it was ideal for a wedding which was less than 2 miles away..the peace and quiet was welcome as was the stunning countryside. I'll definitely look to return. Thanks

We loved Anna and Tom's place, it was the perfect spot for us. Beautiful accommodation in a peaceful setting. We really appreciated their recommendations for kid-friendly, local activities (the playground in Innerleithen and ice cream shop was a real hit!) We have family living in the area so hope to come back and stay again soon. Thanks!

Hazel was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The apartment was so well presented, clean and stylish and was very private. It felt luxurious with beautiful scents, gorgeous bedding and furnishings. The area felt safe and was about a 35minute walk to the city centre and attractions. We were able to park our car in the driveway for the stay which was so convenient. We would definitely stay again if we return to Edinburgh in the future.

we had an amazing stay. the hosts were brilliant with directions, local things to do. we were staying for a wedding close by. They offered us a lift to save a taxi fare ( not needed but very much appreciated) pointed us in the direction of the river so my wife could go for a wild swim. the dogs are great and came with us whilst we were outside and super friendly. the accommodation was perfect for our needs and we will definitely return for another peaceful stay in Northumberland. we left super early to go collect the kids after the wedding and we were given bacon rolls in lovely cheese bread bun. so nice and got us through the long drive. 10/10 stay thank you so much for hosting us. Very romantic, comfortable and clean ideal for a weekend away with lovely scenery and trails. Shopping is minimal take what is needed however teas and sugars were provided which was lovely and the hot tub was gorgeous.

Absolutely lovely place. Spacious and well laid out. Quiet neighborhood but still relatively close to Downtown. Well worth the money.

Very convenient location. Apartment very well maintained,cozy and nice. The owner was very responsive. We enjoyed the very nice atmosphere of the place.

Amazing last minute find. Perfect for what was needed! Yes it’s a small space, but used so so well. Everything you need for a short stay. The area was safe, clean and quiet. Steven and Gillian catered for everything! I wasn’t sure what I was expecting, but it far exceeded whatever that was! Thank you. If ever I’m back in Edinburgh I will be sure to see you again.

Beautiful apartment. Was greeted and warmly welcomed. All the essentials were left for us in the kitchen including bread, butter, milk and even bottle of Prosecco to accompany us in the luxurious hot-tub. Worth the stay if you are visiting the area!

Tolle Wohnung, direkt an der Bushaltestelle mit guter Anbindung an Stadt, Airport und Stadion. Anke hat immer gleich reagiert und immer geholfen. Hatten sogar Milch, Obst und verschiedene Grundausstattung von Lebensmittel in der Küche zur Verfügung. Lebensmittelladen direkt gegenüber. Alles sehr sauber und ruhig. Klare Empfehlung !

Had a great couple of nights here. Very central. Walkable distance to supermarkets. Very cosy. Only downside was the shower base was very slippery.

Great value Airbnb. Very well equipped. Lovely to get breakfast products. Beds were comfy, Inc the sofa bed. The outside space was a bonus. Great walks. Straightforward bus service to explore further afield. Lots of local walks, pubs and food options. Rosie couldn’t do enough for us. A great weekend. Thank you Rosie.

Lovely quiet area. Fantastic dark curtains to keep the bright nights out. Comfortable bed with crisp linen. Soft fluffy towels and the best shower we have had in Scotland!

Jane's spacious and luxurious flat near the Meadows was perfect for our family group. The living room was large, with big comfy sofas. Each of the three bedrooms were comfortable. The bathroom and shower room were both clean. The kitchen was well equipped, there was even a washing machine in the utility. This lead out down steps into a garden with seating and cloths line. We certainly recommend Jane's place to other groups.

We had an absolutely brilliant time in Tina’s holiday home. It was our first time in Eyemouth and the flat is perfectly located right in the village centre with easy parking and right next to the main shop. The cafe downstairs was out of this world and you could see the sea from the kitchen window. The flat itself is cosy and perfect for couples or families. Our 5 and 10 year olds didn’t want to leave! We only came for a couple of days but we’re now hoping to come back again for a longer visit next time as there’s so much to do in the village as well as surrounding areas.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment had everything we needed. The bed is comfortable. The location is fantastic. Right across the road from the Meadows which is a beautiful park and an easy 20 minute walk to the Old town. There are restaurants, pubs and grocery stores nearby. We would stay again.
