Great room in a lovely old building. Very clean and newly renovated, perfect location close to the historic town centre but far enough to be quiet at night. Walking distance to everything!

I can't help but say that we were able to have the perfect vacation in the accommodation. The grounds are fantastically beautiful, as is the view from the balcony every morning. The hospitality of the hostess and the contact person for German guests allowed us to completely switch off & not have to worry about anything. From help with the rental car to surprise aperitifs, everything was included. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit this beautiful area and I am already looking forward to coming back!

Wonderful stay! I took my mom to Sicily for the first time and this was a most ideal place and setting. The service and attention was exceptional and made you feel right at home upon arrival. The room seemed like it was newly renovated with nice modern furnishings and technology and also immaculately clean. Perfect patio view of La Isola Bella. The outdoor pool was clean as well. If you chose not to rent a car you can take a bus which picks you up about halfway down the hill and it takes you to the beach as well as the center of Taormina. I would return here anytime. Our stay in beautiful Tropea to attend a wedding was made even more special with our Stay at Casa Belvedere. Christina’s beautiful apartment exceeded all our expectations itself, along with its superb location. Mimma who assisted us with everything we needed upon arrival and during our stay was the most adorable warm hearted lady, which only elevated our stay even more. Thank you Christina and we will definitely be staying with you again sometime very soon in beautiful Tropea. Allen and Leila

The photo’s don’t do any justice as to how beautiful this place is. I’ve stayed in many places over the years and this is my favourite spot, easily. The views from the house are incredible. The home itself had everything you need and more. If you are wondering if you should stay here, you absolutely should. Many places are just in walking distance, coffee, restaurants etc My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer and that we did have some sort of our own transportation. The host gladly picked us up from the train station, gave us a number of recommendations and was overall a wonderful host. Just beautiful! I would stay here again and again.

Perfect and very dedicated support from the hostess: always available, friendly and warm, it doesn't get any better. The apartment is clean and bright, with a dream view of the coast and the sea, just great. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can expect in a vacation apartment and what is necessary for the preparation of usual delicacies such as risotto, spaghetti with salads, etc. There is no oven, but good cookware with a 2-burner induction hob - completely sufficient. There are restaurants and an ice cream parlor nearby, and you could also walk to the beach. There are several beaches nearby, all ideal for swimming. Bottom line: We can recommend this accommodation without restriction!!! Thank you again, dear Maria Teresa.

Everything was just great! Vittoria was very nice and warm. The view was fantastic – right on the sea. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

The apartment is waterfront overlooking the promenade, in a nice clean neighborhood. Best to plan on eating out as the only sink is in the bathroom so hard to keep tidy. Still, Antonio provides everything- a good sized fridge, plenty of coffee making options and milk. There is definitely road noise but no different from what you would find anywhere else. Slept very well.

Right from the start, our hosts went above & beyond to make sure my family had a wonderful first visit to Sicily. Our overnight flight arrived early in the morning, and they were able to accommodate an early check-in, complete with a tour of the apartment’s bedrooms, bathrooms, and two terraces. They showed us around the building, made sure we knew how to access to the pool, and gave us clear instructions for how to get in and out of the garage and pedestrian entrances. They even went so far as to make dinner reservations for us that ensured our 11th wedding anniversary was spectacular and surprised us with a bottle of champagne in the refrigerator. The two bedrooms were perfect for our family of three, and they provided a crib and bed linens for our son. The terraces were incredible, with unobstructed views of the water. The air conditioning was also essential in the hot Sicilian summer. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Taormina

Absolutely perfect stay in the heart of Tropea! Francesca is a wonderful host — communication was fast, clear, and very friendly from the beginning. The apartment is located right in the center of the old town, just steps away from everything, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The space was clean, charming, and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches like coffee and croissants in the morning. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended!

Finding this beautiful place was like winning the lottery. Nicer than in the photos and the view from the balcony - priceless! Beautifully located, 5 minutes by car from Tropea center. Since we were there without a car and it was quite steep up and down on roads without a sidewalk, Filippo "saved our lives." Incredibly nice and likeable, he always took us and picked us up wherever we wanted to go. In addition, great tips for beach, restaurant, etc. Domenica was also very warm. A great week that we wouldn't have traded for a star hotel. Great communication, uncomplicated process, magnificent view, picco bello clean and no concern remained unfulfilled. 10 out of 5 stars 😍

Alessandro's place was everything we expected and more, right on the seafront, with loads of fantastic restaurants, grocery store and few shops all on the doorstep. The Apartment, was peaceful, and had everything you need for a great holiday, home from home. Alessandro was great at recommendations, but as he said you can't go wrong with any of the restaurants and cafe's Giardini Naxos, is a really lovely place to stay, always felt safe walking around night or day, Taxi to Taormina costs 25 euro to beach 30 euro to the town, during the day but at night is around 40Euro So much to see and do on the island, which is absolutely stunning We used Sayonara Beach, Geovanni and staff were great too, great advice and not a rip off, they have a cafe and restaurant, with all the facilities needed for the day, and is only a five minute walk. Will definitely stay at Alessandro's place again and highly recommend.

We loved our stay here. It had the most incredible view that we didn’t want to leave. Super easy access to the beach and the cable car into the town centre. Recommend staying here over Taormina as it’s away from the tour groups and craziness so it is really peaceful but easy to get to town for dinner etc. The rooms and kitchen all looked over the ocean, were clean and well maintained. Pietro was an excellent host and made everything simple. Even had a beautiful antipasti platter for us on arrival. Would visit again!

My stay at Giorgio's penthouse was absolutely fantastic! The space was pristine and incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect solo retreat. Giorgio was an exceptional host – very responsive, kind, and even shared some excellent local pizza recommendations. Everything was exactly as described, exceeding my expectations. I will definitely be returning to this Airbnb on my next trip!

An excellent apartment in a friendly and genuine village … We’ve just returned from a superb holiday in the village of Santa Domenica. What a great apartment. Spacious and well equipped, super clean, with a decent balcony and pool with a sun bathing area. No negatives for us at all. Everything we needed food wise was in the village ; a couple of supermarkets, a really good food/bric a brac market on Mondays, a bakery, fishmonger (that serves meals also), cafe/bars, 4/5 restaurants (Il Casale was our favourite). We used Santa Domenica as a base for a few days out to Pizzo and Scilla (both beautiful and, we thought, easily as nice as Tropea. A number of beaches are accessible from Santa Domenica but these involve walks which aren’t always easy when it’s 30+ degrees. And our host ? Teresa was ace. Picked us up from the Railway Station, gave us loads of decent recommendations and responded immediately to any questions we had. A great holiday !

Literally located in the best area, everything you’d need in the flat, clean with a good host. Such a bargain!

We had a lovely stay at Stefano’s place. Perfect location close to everything and we loved having a drink on the terrace before dinner. Would 100% recommend.

Giovanni's place is a great house with beautiful views of Taormina, the sea and Etna. The location is great and it is very easy to walk all around the center of Taormina and the tourist paths. Still, the house is a little off the busiest parts and relatively quiet. The kitchen has the implements necessary to cook simple meals. The beds are a little on the hard side, but there are blankets and comforters that can be used to soften them a bit. Overall, a great place for those visiting Taormina. Giovanni is a great host and was very patient when the train we were arriving in had technical issues and did not reach Taormina station on time (we had to take a bus from Letojanni, where the train stopped). Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very nice, very clean, very good equipped and designed apartment. We can absolutely recommend to stay here! Beach, supermarket and good restaurants are available but ideally you have a car.
