Cottage 100 meters from the lake and 400 meters from the beach and the port of Sciez, new, quiet, ideal if you want to discover Lake Geneva and its surroundings whether you are alone, as a couple or a family of 4. The house, which is located on my property, offers total independence with a separate parking space and entrance. Lake and mountain activities, water sports center 200 meters away, hiking, canyoning, fishing, close to ski resorts, 20 minutes from Evian and 25 km from Geneva.

For leisure, you can go to the small DOUVAINE cinema or a CINE LEMAN type UGC about ten km away on THONON. You will find a Bowling alley with video games and multiple pool tables. In winter, the family resort of HIRMENTAZ is 40 minutes away and AVORIAZ is 1 hour away.

Close to the lake... not far from the mountains

Single-story 50 m2 accommodation for 1–4 people, with private unfenced garden, located in Filly, (Sciez Haute-Savoie), in the heart of Chablais, close to Lake Geneva and the Alps, in a Provençal farmhouse-style house. Warning: electric car charging not possible. We provide bed linens and towels. We kindly ask guests who come in pairs to let us know if they need two beds. Without specification we will prepare the double bed in the bedroom.

Brand new studio created in a former carpenter's workshop at the end of a quiet and relaxing cul-de-sac overlooking the vegetable gardens. The studio is composed of an entrance on the ground floor and the accommodation on the 1st floor. It is fully equipped. You'll find basic food as well as bicycles to access the surroundings The studio is a 5-minute bike ride to the lake, a 7-minute walk to a supermarket and the village center.
