Renovated and refurnished in 2020 this charming guest suite invites you for a relaxing stay. The house resides on the foothill of the Rigi and is only a few steps from the lake of Lauerz. You share a private parking (incl) with the host. After a few steps up the hill, passing a lot of cackling ducks (yes you can feed them), you will find your entrance on the second floor after a few steps up the stair. For winter guests, three skiing regions close by will offer you a good time in the mountains.

The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. In 5-10 minutes by car, you are at great starting points for various activities. Arrival is only possible by car. There is no public transport connection.

Our vacation home (Chalet Sagentobel) is old, but very cozy! The rushing stream and the infinite silence when it snows are truly special experiences in the chalet.
