The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The Lorena apartment is located in the municipality of Dittelbrunn, on the southwestern outskirts of Dittelbrunn in the Lower Franconian district of Schweinfurt in Bavaria. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.

The accessible apartment (60 sqm) with balcony is in the perfect location between the old town and the highway/industry. The entire residential complex was only completed in April 2020 and has a small playground in the courtyard. The bright and friendly apartment is very cozily furnished, so you can feel right at home. Many shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, the city center is a 5-minute walk.

They should be animal-loving as our French bulldog "Spencer" lives here with us. Perfect starting point for the Bike Trail Burning Bike or the Main bike path. Free parking.
