Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Schwaz District

An absolutely perfect stay! The vacation rental was lovingly and completely furnished down to the smallest detail – we didn't miss anything. The hosts were exceptionally friendly, very communicative and always quickly accessible. You felt immediately welcome. We were particularly impressed by the wonderful location: The view was simply breathtaking – whether in the morning with coffee or in the evening at sunset, a real highlight. We will definitely be happy to come back!

Sanni's house really great for a ski vacation. The bus station is right around the corner and you are at the Schatzbergbahn within less than 10 minutes. The house is 600 years old, you can hear that of course. It creaks at every step on the upper floor and the wooden doors are also not tight, as there are partial gaps between the boards. If you speak a little louder, you can talk to the living-dining area with the person in the bedroom about it. Nevertheless, our one-year-old child also slept very well in the house (but there was more than just wood between our room and the floor below). There was a chair for him, a baby bed and even an extra towel was provided for him. The beds for the adults are very soft, you have to like that. The kitchen is well equipped, in the dining room there are some board games and upstairs a grand piano and a bookshelf. From the veranda and the garden you have a beautiful view of the mountains.

Fantastic house, tastefully decorated, with all the comforts. Had a great week with the whole family. Very nice that each room had its own bathroom and toilet. Had accidents with toilet seat, was handled very smoothly. Very sympathetic all!

The place was perfect! Very clean, very modern, well equipped and a good location. Anna is a super hostess. She is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We would immediately choose this beautiful apartment again.

My partner and I spent a week at Diane's place and it was wonderful. The space was perfect for us with comfortable beds, plenty of space, and a beautiful terrace to sit out in the sun and look at the mountains. Everything was just as described. Diane was on hand to offer local guidance, a friendly chat or provide anything we needed but we still very much had our own space and the room felt very private and peaceful. The town centre is within easy walking distance (as long as you can manage a short but steep hill) and we had some lovely walks down by the river and along to local cafes when we weren't taking advantage of the excellent local skiing in the valley. All in all I couldn't recommend Diane's place more as a jumping off place to explore this valley as everything was nearby, the space was lovely and she was an excellent host. You won't be disappointed.

The apartment is great and the location is also very nice. The kitchen is well equipped and the balcony is magnificent.

The property was very good, good locaton, very good view, calm and peaceful. The Host kept the property very clean, easy instructions to enter and vacate the place. We had a good time for the weekend.

We stayed with Christoph and Stephanie for 3 nights, from the first moment we felt we had come home. Clean, warm, inviting, tidy, private parking and adjacent to the property. Crazy view outside. We received many recommendations for attractions and sites and the communication was excellent with the hosts. There are restaurants😍 in the area for dinner and breakfast. We really enjoyed it! You won't regret it.

The apartment is new and clean and there is everything in which I advise and keep it for the air conditioned flag only at the entrance of the apartment and there is no room

Phenomenal experience! Hubert is a fantastic host and a very friendly guy. The place is great, clean, and has all the necessary amenities. It has a great view and for everybody who is there skiing it is super easy to get to the bus or train and visit any of the ski areas. I can't recommend this place enough.

This was one of our best stays so far. The place offered a fantastic view of the mountains and the city,sunset views are mystical and must not be missed. The house was spacious, cozy and had all the required amenities. Cristina and Ernst were great hosts and made us super comfortable. They were quick in their responses and humble in their approach. Great location in the Alps, with close vicinity to Schwaz, cute and historical town, and for winter enthusiasts Ski resorts too. The apartment is large with amazing amount views; highly recommended.

Vera's place was very comfortable and beautifully located in the countryside. Perfect starting point for hiking on the Nordkette and the city is within walking distance.

We had a great stay at Marlies' place! The house is modern, high-quality furnished and lies in a beautiful, peaceful environment. We particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere with lots of wood, the large window fronts with views of the countryside and the well thought-out furnishings – including a Cremesso capsule machine that makes the morning coffee perfect. Check-in via the key box was straightforward, and communication with Marlies was smooth and very friendly. Everything was spotless, the beds comfortable, and there was nothing missing. The place is ideally located – quiet yet close to Fügen and other excursion destinations in the Zillertal. Parking is available right in front of the house. We would come back anytime and can fully recommend this place. Thank you, Marlies, for the great hospitality!

We had a lovely stay at the apartment! We were traveling with two small kids and it was nice to have a base outside of Innsbruck. It was very easy to get around with just a 15min walk to Hall in Tirol or just 5min to the nearest bus stop to Innsbruck. The apartment had everything we needed. The best part was undoubtedly the view! We loved to sit in the garden and eat while looking at the stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

We stayed at the property for a week. All was just perfect. The apartment is well equipped, there was nothing missing. When our daughter surprisingly wanted to stay overnight, that was no problem at all. We were completely satisfied with everything. A small supermarket and a bakery can be reached on foot. We would book the place again in a heartbeat.
