There are excellent hiking trails or mountain bike trails to explore. Das Apartment liegt in einer sehr ruhigen und sonnigen Lage. Jedoch können sie das Zentrum (wie zum Beispiel Mayrhofen) in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß, mit der Bahn oder mit dem Auto erreichen. Die Unterkunft bietet auch eine versperrbare Garage für Ski und einen Skischuhtrockner.
