Excursion destinations: Zoo Hof, Untreusee, indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, museum, old town Hof, Frankenwald, Fichtelgebirge, various restaurants and much more.

In winter, the region offers numerous skiing opportunities on the nearby Kornberg or Ochsenkopf with various slopes for all levels or the Klinovec ski area, a little further away, but with a variety of slopes.
