Gerlosstein vacation home

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house. From the wrap-around balcony you have a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. The apartment has 3 double rooms - 1 of them with an additional Sofa bed - for max. 7 pers., 3 bathrooms as well as a spacious kitchen-living room. Please note: IN ADDITION TO THE RENT €100.00 FINAL CLEANING will be charged and that the tourist tax of €2.60 per adult (Children up to the age of 15 are free) is to be paid in cash directly on site. COST for pets €20,- per day!

Quiet location only 4 km to Gerlos (ski area, shops, restaurants). The skibus stop is 250 m away, hike and bike trips can be started from the door step.

A brand new chalet with 2 double rooms, 3 bathrooms, living room with kitchen (sleeping sofa in the living area), balcony a little terrace, wifi, TV. In the summer are unlimited lift cards for the Isskogelbahn in Gerlos and Dorfbahn in Königsleiten included!!! Plus the Berg and Bike Aktiv Program is included as well (guided hike and bike trips, Mo-Fr). The house is on the farm Wassererhof - there are cows, chickens and goats all around the house. Deine Unterkunft ist nur 500 m Fußweg von der Gerloser Dorfbahn (Einstieg in das Skigebiet der Zillertal Arena) und dem Ortszentrum entfernt. Du wirst das Studio lieben wegen der freundlichen und komfortablen Einrichtung mit kleiner Küchenzeile und neuem Badezimmer. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare und Alleinreisende. Balkon ist keiner vorhanden, du kannst aber die Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten zum Sonnen und Entspannen nutzen. Das Studio liegt im Parterre neben der Eingangstür.

Our small apartment offers the perfect starting point to discover Krimml and the entire Zillertal. It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.

Chalet Nase at 1700m in the Zillertal

The cottage looks exactly like the pictures and is equipped with everything you need: kitchen with oven, stove and coffee machine, clean bathroom and cozy bedrooms. The view is very nice, as long as it is not cloudy. Right next to the hut is another larger hut as an inn, so you can also simply "stop" for dinner. Check-in and check-out also went smoothly and questions were answered quickly.

We spent a long weekend at this place and had a great time. It had everything we needed and a beautiful view to it. But we were glad that there was no more snow, because even without snow, the way up was quite adventurous. We'd love to come back someday:)
