In Sichtweite, eigentlich direkt gegenüber, steht das wohl berühmteste aller Schlösser, das Schloss Neuschwanstein. Davor viele Seen, dahinter die Berge. Inmitten dieser Kulisse liegt meine Wohnung: stilvoll, geräumig und herrlich gemütlich. Für ihren Komfort ist bestens gesorgt. Fühlen Sie sich zuhause - hier an einem der schönsten Flecken Europas.

New apartment "Edelweiss" in the Allgäu (country house style)

**First occupancy July 2024** Our cozy and lovingly furnished new apartment is located right in the heart of Buching, right next to the Buchenberg cable car and within walking distance of numerous restaurants. A bakery, butcher, cheese shop and a large Edeka are within 5-10 minutes' walking distance. Neuschwanstein Castle and many swimming lakes are minutes by car. The Tyrolean border and Füssen are just under 15 minutes away by car. Parking is available in front of the house.

Welcome to the lovingly renovated, listed farmhouse directly on the idyllic spa park of Schwangau. The Châlet Alpenrose perfectly combines tranquility and centrality – nestled in dreamlike nature and yet just steps from the village center. Schwangau is picturesquely located at the foot of the Tegelberg and directly below the world-famous royal castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau. The crystal spa and Lake Forggensee are also in the immediate vicinity.

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt in Mitten der Allgäuer Alpen. Wir bieten den idealen Startpunkt für einen Besuch des Schloss Neuschwansteins. Naturliebhaber und Freizeitsportler kommen voll auf ihre Kosten. Die Seilbahn zum Buchenberg ist nur 150 Meter entfernt. Gaststätten und ein Supermarkt sind fußläufig innerhalb von 5 Min. zu erreichen. Seen sind bequem mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Hochwertiger Gasgrill inklusive Gas stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung.

In the adjacent hotel, spa and pool visits are possible for the whole family (for an extra charge).

The listed Straubingerhaus is a former farmhouse, owned by the family since 1896, and has been lovingly, modernly, and sustainably renovated in recent years. So, you will stay in a historic building without sacrificing comfort. The Straubingerhaus is located directly on Lake Forggensee, at the foot of Neuschwanstein Castle. This means that you can go hiking, cycling, or swimming in one of the 11 nearby lakes.
