A large living room with open kitchen, a bedroom, bathroom & gallery. It is located in the heart of Aitrach in the Württemberg Allgäu. Close to Lake Constance 80 km, Munich 120 km, Füssen 80 km, Obersdorf 80 km, Allgäu Airport Memmingen 17 km, A96, A7, directly on the Illerradweg Ulm-Obersdorf, skiing, hiking, cycling, Allgäu Alps...

Welcome to the lovingly renovated, listed farmhouse directly on the idyllic spa park of Schwangau. The Châlet Alpenrose perfectly combines tranquility and centrality – nestled in dreamlike nature and yet just steps from the village center. Schwangau is picturesquely located at the foot of the Tegelberg and directly below the world-famous royal castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau. The crystal spa and Lake Forggensee are also in the immediate vicinity.

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt in Mitten der Allgäuer Alpen. Wir bieten den idealen Startpunkt für einen Besuch des Schloss Neuschwansteins. Naturliebhaber und Freizeitsportler kommen voll auf ihre Kosten. Die Seilbahn zum Buchenberg ist nur 150 Meter entfernt. Gaststätten und ein Supermarkt sind fußläufig innerhalb von 5 Min. zu erreichen. Seen sind bequem mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Hochwertiger Gasgrill inklusive Gas stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung.

So, you will stay in a historic building without sacrificing comfort. The Straubingerhaus is located directly on Lake Forggensee, at the foot of Neuschwanstein Castle. This means that you can go hiking, cycling, or swimming in one of the 11 nearby lakes.
