Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. Our holiday apartments at Raiffeisenstraße 3 and 3a in 87642 Halblech are ideally located in two new apartment buildings on a 2,600 square meter property. All apartments offer mountain views, and the top-floor apartments also boast views of the royal castles. All rooms feature underfloor heating and are bright and furnished in a modern yet comfortable style. In the basement, our guests have access to washing machines and dryers, a fitness area, and two saunas.

Our vacation home is a spacious, light-flooded, detached architectural house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden on a hillside. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.
