Our chickens and 4 dwarf donkeys are located in the slope below/next to the tiny house. We offer our approximately 250-year-old hut for your own use. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for 6 people and 1 small child, by arrangement with pets, on around 100 square meters in any season. It is located on a sunny slope, not far from the Mölltal Glacier and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/cross-country skiing, canoeing and much more.

Our cozy Zirbitz hut with sauna and fireplace is located directly on the edge of the forest with wonderful views of the mountains of the Zirbitzkogel-Grebenzen Nature Park at an altitude of 1050 meters. The hiking trails start right at your doorstep, the snow-safe Grebenzen ski resort is a few minutes away. On the spacious, partially covered terrace you can hear the sound of the nearby mountain stream, sun worshipers will get their money's worth here

Our apartment "Linde" is a brand new renovated apartment in chalet style. Almost all walls are made of real old wood or clay and create an extremely cozy atmosphere. On 88 square meters of living space, we offer you three separate bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. The very spacious living room with integrated kitchen has a 4.5 meter long glass side with direct access to the 45 square meter sun terrace.

Die Wohnung haben wir auf einzigartiger Weise selbst geplant und gebaut . Sie liegt sehr zentral und doch in ruhiger Lage. Eine Skibushaltestelle ist wenige Meter hinter unserem Haus. In nur fünf Gehminuten erreicht man das Stadtzentum. Wir sind im Mittelpunkt unzähliger namhafter Skigebiete (Reiteralm, Obertauern, Ski Amade, Zauchensee,....) aber auch im Sommer ist dadurch sehr viel geboten!

Welcome to the luxurious and romantic "Hirsch" cabin in the picturesque Lachtal, located directly at the slopes. The chalet was just completed a few years ago. Up to 10 guests will be able to enjoy the highest comfort and luxurious amenities, including sauna, hot tub, fast internet and Netflix tv. The cabin is located 1700 metres above sea level and therefore ideal for winter and summer.
