Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz und WLAN im gesamten Appartement. Die Sauna befindet sich im Außenbereich mit direktem Zugang durch das Badezimmer, mit herrlichem Blick auf die umliegende Bergwelt. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon (südseitig) und einen Garten mit Grillmöglichkeit.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, and a kitchen. 10 minutes to the town center, grocery store, and indoor swimming pool with sauna in the immediate vicinity. Parking is available on the property. A bread roll delivery service is available, or you can have breakfast in town (Sattlers, Steffl Bakery). Ski storage for two people at the gondola station is included. Dogs are welcome.

The property is located above the town center – with fantastic panoramic views of the mountains and Schladming. You are only a few minutes away from the Planai valley station, hiking trails and various mountain bike routes. Perfect for those who want to combine nature and comfort: fully equipped, cozy with lots of wood and with a dream view that is unique!

Haus Anne

The house is close to Reiteralm Silver Jet ski lift (4 min by car). It is absolutely lovable because of the views and the location. Beside the two double rooms there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining corner. The big balcony is facing to Reiteralm. The place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Pets are welcome (but we need to charge an extra €50 because of the extra cleaning).

Quiet and sunny on the southern slope of the Kammspitz. Wooden house with ecological and natural building materials. Spacious terrace facing west. Ideal all year round as a starting point, for example, for hiking, mountain biking, climbing tours, alpine skiing, cross-country skiing or paragliding. On the first floor there is a kitchen, dining room, bathroom and a bedroom. There are more bedrooms in the attic. Simple amenities.

1 free parking space. Parking space for bicycles in the garage. Local tax, currently €2.50 per adult per night. Modern, cozy apartment for 2 people, quiet and centrally located in Schladming. Everything is easily accessible by foot or public transport. Wonderful hiking opportunities and over 100 km of skiing fun! A few minutes' walk to the Planai valley station and the 4-mountain ski resort!

My loft is characterized by it's cozyness and perfect location for summer and winter tourism in Schladming (skiing, trekking, rafting, cycling, climbing...). On the sunny terrace you can have your meals outside or just enjoy the beautiful view to the mountains and the Planai. As I sometimes live in this apartment there are personal things which I kindly ask you to treat well :)

Our vacation home with sauna and hot tub is located in beautiful Gosau am Dachstein in Upper Austria. The entire width of the living room is glazed and offers a stunning view of the Gosaukamm. The discreet kitchen in the living room has everything you need for cooking. The spacious bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.
