Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Our small, nice apartment on the 2nd floor is suitable for 2 people. Due to the penthouse roof, it has a great room height and is bright and friendly. In the living area you have a large TV and a cozy sofa. There is also the small, well-equipped kitchenette with 2 ceramic hobs and a refrigerator. A parking space is right by the house. Distance to Ratzeburg 3 km The staircase is used by another person, as our office is located on the 1st floor.

Landhaus bei Schaalsee

Haus is located in a very quiet location in the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. It is 10 km to Lake Schaalsee, 5 km to Lake Neuenkirchen, to the Baltic Sea 50 km (traffic jam-free!!!). The house can be started directly to bike rides, on adjacent hiking trails. On the very natural property there is also a swimming pond. The house is very bright and quiet. I also paint there and write and so there is a large easel available. Pets have generous time.

Welcome to our cozy apartment in the green district of Waldstadt in Mölln. The apartment is located on the 1st floor in a quiet residential area, a few minutes from the Schulsee.
