Frank made this “getaway” weekend worth it! It was very peaceful and relaxing. He was very responsive when I had my questions. The location was perfect for a quick trip from the city, but close enough to places we wanted to go. I truly enjoyed myself!

Enjoyed my stay. Exactly as you would expect in a farm house. I felt very at home. Their property is gorgeous. They had an issue with their Internet and provided me with a Verizon hot spot ahead of time which was very thoughtful. Bed was very comfy too!

Stayed here to go to worlds of fun a little bit of a commute about an hour away. Was very beautiful, clean and quiet. We loved the homey feel and the back porch at sunset is amazing. Would recommend this to anyone planning on staying in the area especially if you don’t want any neighbors. And if you are wondering about the WiFi it’s great as well as the water pressure. If anything I have no bad things to say besides that’s there’s not many fans but air conditioning works perfect so no problem.
