Welcome to our fantastically located vacation home right on the first row of the Großer Pönitzer See in Scharbeutz. There is a private staircase to the lake, so you can swim or stand-up paddle in the lake right outside the door. In the evening, you can enjoy the sunset over the lake in your private 400-square-meter garden on the sun lounger or by the grill. The beaches of the Bay of Lübeck (Scharbeutz, Timmendorf, Haffkrug...) are only about 5 minutes away by car or about 10 minutes by bike.

You have your own terrace with separate access to the apartment. Our garden use policy The location is very quiet, rural. 200 meters to the lake where you can swim. Located in the idyllic small town of Eutin (Fissau), about 300 meters from the Kellersee. SUP or bike tours, hiking or walking, canoeing and much more is possible right outside the door. Surrounded by picturesque Holstein Switzerland, between a beautiful lake landscape, it is an ideal starting point for excursions into the beautiful surroundings. It's also close to the Baltic Sea (about 20 minutes). The distance to the market square in Eutin is about 3 km.

Staying at a private lake incl. jetty

In this apartment, you can start your vacation with a relaxed lake view from day one. For excursions into nature, you can ride your bike from the front door. If you like, you can barbecue directly on your own lake or go paddling with the SUP or paddle boat you brought with you. Our private lake has no "paddleable" connection to other lakes. On the TV, you can log in with your own Netflix & Co. account. You can reach Timmendorfer Strand in 30 minutes.

The accommodation is located near the Baltic Sea directly on the Kellersee, only 50 meters to jump into it. Eutin is a picturesque small town in eastern Holstein Switzerland. Leisure activities such as cycling, walking, canoeing, boat trips on the "Luise," and much more are a real treat. You'll love my place because of the peace, the light and the surroundings. My place is suitable for couples and solo connoisseurs who appreciate a beautiful view.

Surrounded by picturesque Holstein Switzerland, between a beautiful lake landscape, it is an ideal starting point for excursions into the beautiful surroundings. SUP tours, cycling, hiking or walking, canoeing and much more is possible right outside the door. The distance to the market square in Eutin is about 2.5 km.

The spacious 3-room apartment, which is located in the rear courtyard of Villa Hoffnung, can accommodate up to six people.
