Your private entrance is just steps away from your parked car. The cottage is 16 x 20 so it's super cozy! We live on the property (so we're here if you need us) but you are 100 feet from us, way out in the backyard. (It's private!) Our location is perfect for your Maine vacation!

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. The space features a garden oasis and seasonal, heated saltwater pool—just a short walk from the Old Port and Arts District. The suite is attached to our home but fully private, with its own entrance.
