Vacation rentals with beach access in Scarborough

We drove right to it, although it seemed a little off the beaten path. Once inside, the space was small but very comfortable for our family of 6. We had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. The neighbor, Mike, introduced himself and offered to give us recommendations for anything we might need in the area. We only stayed one night, so we didn’t venture out to see the area at all.

Normand and his wife were simply amazing. From the eggs and snacks that were waiting for us when we arrived to the homemade cookies on our check out. The place was very cozy and comfortable with tons of toys and games for kids and adults. Normand was very accommodating to any request and even helped me chase the puppies when they accidently got out. I would highly recommend this!

The house was extremely clean and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Jean was very nice and accommodating. The area,OOB, is wonderful!

Such a charming and pretty place to stay in Portland for a long weekend- Beautifully decorated and lovely touches throughout inside and outside. Great location which was walkable to wonderful restaurants (Eventide and The Front Room were delicious). Also easy drives to numerous hikes in the area which we loved. So glad we found it for Memorial Day weekend!

My husband and I enjoyed staying at Glenn Mary Jane’s place. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the apartment had plenty of amenities. We enjoyed walking to the bakery across the street for breakfast and it was also a short walk to Willard Beach. The neighborhood was beautiful, peaceful and colorful. Overall the location was superb and Glenn Mary Jane was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

it's a magical location and such a well appointed apartment. as someone who has hosted on airbnb, I really appreciated all the amenities they had. the hosts are so dope as well. you cannot go wrong with the place, the location, or the vibe.

This cozy spot in South Portland is charming, well-situated, and super comfortable. Was just perfect for our stay to be near our daughter and her family for a week. I also really appreciate Wynne's attention to sustainability and eco-friendly touches.

This apartment is the perfect place for a weekend or longer get away, for a couple to explore Portland and all it's eccentric places. Easy to walk to both the harbor and Munjoy Hill shopping and eating attractions. We came into town for a concert at Bayside Bowl of all places--awesome entertainment. Don't miss out on Susan's place--very tastefully renovated with a keen eye for detail!

Beautiful home in the heart of old orchard!!! The space was peaceful and quiet! Super close to the beach while not too close to any noisy streets. The home itself is perfect for a little weekend getaway for two! Plenty of parking and easy to find even at night! Overall a great experience would definitely stay again!

We loved this place! We were renting for our daughter’s college graduation, and even though it poured all weekend- we really enjoyed just hanging out at the house. Mostly I loved loved the king size bed and I’m going to ask where the owner got it - slept like a baby!

Great stay in Scarborough at Erika's. Home was spotless and it felt like we were one of the first guests in the place after a total remodel. Easy to work with on booking and planning and everything went smoothly. Nice close stroll to the shore and also restaurants for lobster rolls...literally across the street. Peaceful and very well located. If we return to the area Erika will be hearing from me. Thanks for everything!

Our stay at Tall Pines was perfect in every way. The house is charming as are the hosts Judith and Tom. We gathered 5 dear friends to share good times and memories of our years knowing each other. We loved having miles of beach a short walk from the house and enjoyed meeting folks from the area. All in all - Tall Pines was a wonderful choice for us and we would love to return!!

Just as described and just as charming and comfortable. Very welcoming to our dog with treats, towels, bowls…. And humans were very well taken care of too! We will go back and highly recommend you stop there too.

We had a great visit, as we did some wedding planning for my daughter's wedding in the fall. Her future in-laws joined us and we got a lot accomplished and still had time to enjoy the beach. We had pretty significant snow overnight, and the area was cleared early and safely. Wendy was flexible and responded quickly. We would stay there again!

We stayed for eight days and loved it! It surpassed our expectations and the open floor plan allowed our three generation family to spend great time just talking and spending quality time together. We were met with some great snacks when we arrived which came into handy after a long day of traveling from the west coast. We were captivated by the beautiful landscape including amazing eagles plunging into the waters and catching fish. The changing tides meant the landscape and natural activities were always providing a new show to enjoy. We loved everything about this stay and would highly recommend it!

Amy was very helpful and communicative and generous with an end of season late checkout. We were in town to celebrate my Dad’s 85th and she even offered to help with balloons! The place was perfect for us with my young nephews. The unit was well stocked with plenty of kitchen tools and cookware and dishes. There were plenty of linens and towels available to us. Very convenient to pine point beach. We would love to visit here again if it worked with our schedule.

We enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The train does go right behind the place at an intersection. The horn is very loud, which was hard for our toddler. Just something to consider if you’re traveling with infants/toddlers. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay if you want to be close to downtown but with a larger, comfortable space. The place is exactly as described, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. No dollar store products here! The ground coffee and half and half really made it feel like we were staying at a friend’s home.

We had a wonderful stay over Memorial Day weekend! The location here truly can’t be beat-walking distance to everything Kennebunkport has to offer. We loved that the property was pet friendly and well stocked. The property itself was exactly as described with very comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again. Robert and Janette were incredibly responsive with our questions and recommendations and had clear checking and checkout instructions. A true gem of a weekend getaway!

Julie’s place was very nice and very clean. The location was great, right across the street from the ocean. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was even a small basket of treats. Julie responded very quickly to any messages we sent. We would highly recommend this place.

A beautiful condo, just 20 minutes away from the heart of North Conway. Everything was in pristine condition and it is always amazing to have a kitchen at our fingertips. Beautiful views of the woods out back. Would definitely recommend to those coming to visit the North Conway, New Hampshire area and surroundings!!!!

I went with a couple of friends for a relaxing weekend in the fall. It was lovely to have the beach so close by! We took a short day trip to Ogunquit where there was quite a bit of activity; lots of shops and restaurants to check out. Coming back to Melissa's place was cozy and relaxing. Since this was off-season, it is pretty quiet in the area. I felt more comfortable taking a stroll to the beach in the evening with a friend but would be hesitant to go alone. Despite that, we got the weekend we wanted: peace, relaxation, the ocean, things to do nearby, and a place to stay that was quiet, cozy, and clean. Thank you Melissa!
