Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Scarborough

We had a great stay at Diane and Joe’s place—it was exactly as described and exceptionally clean. We decided to arrive a day early, and Diane was kind enough to accommodate us without hesitation. She was consistently responsive and pleasant throughout our stay. The Reno Barn itself is charming and comfortable. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the back deck, which has cozy seating and an umbrella for shade—a perfect spot to unwind. While the spiral staircase to the loft and second bedroom might be a bit tricky for some, it wasn’t an issue for us. The master bedroom on the lower level was very comfortable, and we appreciated the generous supply of sheets, towels, and blankets. While the location isn’t walkable, it offers easy access to both downtown Portland and the airport, each just a 15-minute drive away. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this place to others. We’d be happy to stay here again the next time we’re in the Portland area.

Deede's home was immaculate, prestige and had every amenity you could possible imagine. beautiful quiet neighborhood. amazing outdoor entertainment and peaceful birds coming to visit daily. responsive kind and everything thought of. beds were the most amazing mattress I've ever slept on. very close to scorborough beach and amazing seafood restaurants. Deede's bear den has been my favorite air bnb so far and she's a super host I highly recommend. Thanks again Deede

Our stay at Tall Pines was perfect in every way. The house is charming as are the hosts Judith and Tom. We gathered 5 dear friends to share good times and memories of our years knowing each other. We loved having miles of beach a short walk from the house and enjoyed meeting folks from the area. All in all - Tall Pines was a wonderful choice for us and we would love to return!!

The house was beautiful and worked perfectly for our group! Check in was very easy, and the house was spotless when we arrived. My favorite part it was the yard - perfect for a big barbecue with a large group.

Just as described and just as charming and comfortable. Very welcoming to our dog with treats, towels, bowls…. And humans were very well taken care of too! We will go back and highly recommend you stop there too.

We had a great visit, as we did some wedding planning for my daughter's wedding in the fall. Her future in-laws joined us and we got a lot accomplished and still had time to enjoy the beach. We had pretty significant snow overnight, and the area was cleared early and safely. Wendy was flexible and responded quickly. We would stay there again!

What a truly enchanting place! The home was impeccably clean and adorned with charming decorations that added to its warmth. Our absolute favorite moment was savoring our morning coffee in the picturesque backyard, embraced by the stunning trees lining the property. My kids had an amazing time making s'mores by the fire pit and exploring every nook of the backyard. We are already looking forward to returning in the summer!

Normand and his wife were simply amazing. From the eggs and snacks that were waiting for us when we arrived to the homemade cookies on our check out. The place was very cozy and comfortable with tons of toys and games for kids and adults. Normand was very accommodating to any request and even helped me chase the puppies when they accidently got out. I would highly recommend this!

This was a great place to accommodate five or six people. The kitchen was well equipped with all the tools we needed to cook at home, including several spices. We enjoyed a lovely patio to sit on in the back. There were a few board games available that we enjoyed. This was a great option!

We had a wonderful stay. Pat was very responsive and helpful, the place was comfortable, quiet and perfectly located. It was easy to come and go and the island is idyllic. We loved our first visit to Maine!

This was our second stay at Holly’s place, and once again, it was excellent. Holly is a proactive and thoughtful host who provided clear and helpful instructions. The space was spotless, matched the listing photos perfectly, and had all the listed amenities. The quiet location is just a short drive from Kennebunkport and local attractions. Check-in was a breeze with the keypad lock, and on-premise parking was very convenient. Great value for the price—we’ll definitely be back!

Delightful place to stay in Portlands West end. It is easy walking distance to everywhere…. downtown and even the East side. Great restaurants in the neighborhood from breakfast to dinner. The apartment was immaculate and was stocked with just about everything you’d need. The shared yard was charming and felt very private. We have family in the area and I hope we can stay there again and again. It was much more comfortable than a B & B. Lorie was very responsive to anything you might need.

We love it here! Our second time staying here and it was as great as the first time. We can’t wait to stay again!

The space was exactly as described. It was well accompanied, bright, very quiet and well located. Ren was very helpful when I had a question. Price was affordable. Worth visiting!

Get spot for the great outdoors. Pamela was super responsive! The cabin maxes out at 3 guest, keep that in mind when booking.

Off the grid enough to feel completely alone in the woods, but close enough to where you can get dinner or find other things to do with only a short drive. Highly recommend.

Came for the Fall colors; left in love with the place! Small but delightful. Cluttered in the most fantastical way. Nestled in paradise. Bonnie is so nice and friendly! Pay attention to the fact that the toilet is not attached to house. Short walk to privet and very clean!

Wonderful quiet space that makes you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. It rained our whole weekend there but the warm cabin made it absolutely amazing. It's a fantastic place to sit back, relax, and enjoy a cup of tea with the people in your life. Highly recommend staying here. Marie is a fantastic host and was easy to communicate with the entire time and made us feel very welcomed.

We truly enjoyed our time at this Airbnb! It was such a relaxing and unique space! The bath house was also so clean. We would definitely recommend to others looking for a fun place to stay while exploring Portland or the surrounding areas.

Very cozy cabin, easy for multiple people to stay in. Great atmosphere with inside and outside speakers, a beautiful river, and a great fire pit location. Highly recommend staying here.

Our stay in the dream cabin was lovely! it was clean and accomodating. The hot tub is a wonderful bonus. Very nice place to.inwind and relax while still being close to North Conway and things to do! Will definitely be on my list of places to go back to!
