This space is the lower level of a single family residence with separate entrance with views of the Casco Bay Ship Channel. More than simply a bedroom, there is a spacious living room with tv and computer workstation. There is a patio for relaxing as you take in the scenery. We are a short walk to Willard Beach, and we provide beach towels and chairs. There is no kitchen but we provide a coffee maker, and small fridge. Places for take out abound nearby. This is a great getaway for couples.

You'll love being only a 5 minute walk from Willard Beach and walking distance to 2 different lighthouses: Spring Point and Bug Light. You'll also be a 10 minute drive to Old Port. We are located in a unique location where you are able to go from the rocky coast to the hiking trails all within 30 minutes. The guest suite is perfect for quiet lodging after a day of exploring or visiting.

This is a newer suite . It has a private entrance. Your area includes a private bath, bedroom and a living room, (with a futon) . There is a kitchenette, It will be equipped with a small refrigerator and coffee maker , toaster, microwave and induction hot plate. There is a grill outside. There is a great (enclosed) outside shower. There are bikes and beach chairs. There is a futon in the living room that converts to a queen bed. I supply linens for this.

CloverCroft, a 200+/- year old farmhouse, is located in the rich farmland of the Saco River Valley at the foot of the White Mountains. We go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. (Please note our mattress is FIRM and there is a long flight of outdoor stairs to access the suite.) COME ENJOY PRIVACY AND THE GREAT OUTDOORS. There are many summer and winter activities very close by and we look forward to hosting you.
