The condo is more beautiful than in the pictures. Wendolin was so amazing and proactive helping us set up transportation for day adventures and immediately helped remedy slow internet. Mina was beyond words. Her food was so fresh and delicious. The grounds are beautiful. The beach is amazing. The waves could be rough but our son loved it with a boogie board. You can rent ocean equipment on the beach. There’s a little store on the premise for things in a pinch. There’s not a lot around the area so setting up some sort of transportation is helpful. We chose to do a tour of the Marietta’s and a couple hours checking out sayulita. Mostly we just couldn’t wait to get back to the condo. It was perfect! We are trying to figure out when we can return. So many thanks for Wendolin and Mina

This was our second time staying at Mayra's place. This unit is very clean and has a wonderful view of the ocean. We will definitely stay here again!

We just had the best vacation at Enrique’s condo. We had a big group and there was so much space for everyone to spread out and have privacy. The pools and beach areas were gorgeous and we practically had it to ourselves every day. We did day trips to La Cruz, Punta Mita, and Sayulita which were all very close. We highly recommend having Juanita shop and cook for you! She’s absolutely wonderful and we felt spoiled by her. Everything she made was delicious! If you’re looking for a truly relaxing vacation, this is the place. We would love to come back!

We are frequent guests at the Grand Venetian. We felt right at home from when we arrived. The apartment was perfect. Minutes after arriving we watched a baby whale and its mama from the ocean balcony. We saw many whales from the balcony. The view of the mountains from the second balcony is very beautiful. The breeze flowing through the apartment with both balcony doors open was refreshing. We walked the beach, that is steps away, Walmart delivered an order to the condo, we ate most dinners at the on site restaurant (really good food and drinks). After witnessing spectacular sunsets, we watched movies on Netflix. The condo is fully equipped. The automatic room darkening shade is very nice. There were fireworks on Saturday night on the beach, which happened to be my birthday, that was really cool! The loud club has gotten quieter and shuts down earlier. We had no issues with noise. We’d book again in the future. Evelyn is very responsive, I highly recommend booking with her.

wonderful condo unit this was perfect for 2 people but could sleep more, with lots of amenities. the pool area and restaurant were amazing . the prices were very reasonable and the staff were very friendly and always there for your needs... we would most definitely stay again!!

El lugar es un poco viejo pero se siente bien mantenido y muy limpio. Las amenidades y el servicio son casi de hotel aunque no tiene el servicio de limpieza y cambio de blancos del hotel. Las áreas comunes son excelentes, la alberca es de alrededor de 1500m2 y hay jardín para que corran los niños. Buen acceso a playa también. Su cocina está bien equipada. En general es un lugar recomendable para llevar a la familia de vacaciones. Gracias.

El lugar está buenísimo, tiene muchos restaurantes en los que puedes consumir comida muy rica, un centro comercial cerca con todo lo escencial, una playa privada muy buena para meterse al mar y unas albercas templadas bastante amplias. La habitación es de lo más cómoda y funcional. El anfitrión es muy atento a tu llegada y detallado para proporcionar instrucciones.

Excellent location and views. Amenities were excellent. Nicolas was quick to respond to any request. Loved the place and cannot wait to get back there

Jonathan’s place was such a great space to relax and enjoy our trip. Not far from were we were visiting our family and close to all the locations we were planning on checking out. will definitely be staying here again ☺️

El departamento cuenta con todo lo necesario, limpio, en buen estado y ordenado a nuestra llegada. Alejandra y Carlos muy atentos con excelente tiempo de respuestas a nuestras necesidades. Pasamos muy buen tiempo en familia. Sin duda regresaría !

Muy agradable lugar, muy céntrico tienes un Oxxo a 5 min caminando, un Chedraui al cruzar la calle y muchos restaurants cerca. Nos tocó cuando estaban reparando algo en el 4to piso un poco desagradable la gente por la forma en que nos hablaron, al igual eran trabajadores no creo que tenían nada que ver con los del lugar. El mini-split no rinde muy bien en el día recomiendo cerrar todas las cortinas en la noche no había problema. Tienen reglas para la terraza y alberca. Alberca hasta las 10 y terraza hasta las 12 lo cual me pareció un poco patético porque si quieres salir a disfrutar la noche para ver la ciudad no te lo permiten. Guardias por todos lados muy seguro pero también un poco incómodo porque solo están viendo lo que haces. Un lugar con pros y cons pero seguro!

Alejandro es un host 10/10. Es mega atento, súper amigable y amable. El departamento de por sí está muy lindo y él lo tiene decorado impecablemente! El ambiente es muy tranquilo, perfecto para descansar, las camas están ufff 👌🏻 y si tuviera que regresar, sin duda me volvería a hospedar aquí. Además nos dio recomendaciones de lugares y comida muy buenos!! ¡Gracias Alejandro por tu atención! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our stay was truly amazing! We have stayed in La Cruz before but this condo exceeded all our expectations. The private pool was great for our toddler who is learning to swim. The views were amazing. The Marina is beautiful to wake up to and also watch the sunset. The Sunday market was great!! Lots of walkable restaurants. Edwin’s communication is 10/10. Super friendly and responsive. Overall would highly recommend. Will definitely be rebooking in the future. Thank you Edwin!

Good place in a great neighborhood. The host is excellent, responsive, communicative, and extremely kind.

We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book more time at Maria's place. The location is a bit out of the way and we appreciated having a car to get around Puerta Vallarta, but if you like to walk you can get whereever you need to go. There is a convenient store, OXXO right around the corner and many little Taco Stands and other places to eat within a short walk of the place. Maria was always responsive and helpful when we had any issues. A great visit and highly recommend.

Súper linda y atenta en todo momento! Un lugar súper tranquilo, siempre amables, la verdad el lugar es un poco pequeño, para 2 personas está bien, se acondicionó bastante bien, en relación precio es aceptable.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Jeimy was a pleasure to work with and she was very responsive to the requests that I had. I also really enjoyed the neighbourhood, as it is immersed in the locals and had a strong sense of community living here for 1.5 months. Thank you for everything!

We had everything we needed to cook with for our month long stay . A full size fridge with freezer, coffee maker, blender, 2gas elements and dishes, pots and pans. We felt very safe walking around the neighborhood. Taxis or Uber were very easy to get. We visited the local grocery store and OXXO convenience stores. Even got fresh made churros a block away. The owners were so nice, so friendly. Ask for water and you get a big jug to drink and cook with. Shower worked just fine even tho the water pressure is low. Lots of hot water for bathing and toilet works very well Taxi to the Pier $8 and takes about 20-30 mins. Depending on the traffic but you get to see so much of the country side and the city. I would definitely stay here again .
